    oo whats that?

I need to stop drinking so much fizzy stuff and try and get onto water, luckily it's getting colder and I love fruit tea.

Payday Friday - must order new trainers.

Thanks - I'll be purchasing trainers on pay day, they're currently on my wish list! How long did they take to arrive?

The water looks interesting, I certainly need to drink more of it. I wonder if it does aid digestion, worth a try!

Had my soup with some bread and butter for lunch, so far, so good. Chilli is defrosting for dinner. I'm planning a food shop to be delivered Friday evening and I'll spend the weekend making soups for lunches over the next couple of weeks. I find staying healthy easier if I have stuff to hand to eat, so going to make and freeze things for lunches and dinners.

    Ohhhhhhhhhhh, soups, yes.

I make those and freeze in small containers then take to work frozen (so they do not spill) and ferfost/heat at work.

All my photos have links so if you click on that water it will tell you what is in it/what it is for.

Just had some granola with almond milk - yummyyyy :)

I like almond milk, but my husband hates it!

I'm a tad hungry today, but I put that down to the weather being so miserable, hope it cheers up for my run tomorrow!

Day 1 of no drinking tonight, Hubs is joining me which will make it easier! Food shop getting delivered at 9pm on Friday so no going out for me too!

You mentioned organic veg boxes not giving you the selection that you prefer, when buying from Riverford I don't buy a set box, I always choose what OH and I would like to eat that week from here it works well for us and eliminates any waste of things that we are not so keen on.

No affiliation to company mentioned, just the way it works best for us:)

Thanks Maddiemay - I actually ordered a delivery from Abel and Cole for tomorrow, just a one off to see how it works for me. A green juicing box plus extra thingys.

I am not at home all days so have to relay on any neighbours being in (or not) to take things in for me.

Seen Abel and Cole driver here very early morning so it may just about work.

Will try them once and then Riverford (see their vans around here too) and then decide.

Just made the juice: carrots, apples, oranges, bit of ginger. Then put kale, spinach, avocado in the blender and blended with the juice.

Ermmmm interesting ..... will see how my stomach reacts ;)

    Nite everyone :)

We had an Abel and Cole box once, my criticism is we found everything went off very quickly.

Didn't run today! I have a huge hole in the back of my foot and hubs said to let it heal (meh I'm going out tomorrow!) So I had the best of intentions to do a fitness blender workout, but I fell back to sleep! But I will get out tomorrow.

Food planned for today, cereal, tom soup and then a roast type thing.

    Have a good day all!
