    Morning..

Abel and Cole arrived before 8 am just as I was leaving for work so went back in with the driver to put all (read: dump and run) in the kitchen - did not have a chance to have a look yet.

Just drinking my water with cucumber/mint/lemon/ginger - the one that was in the fridge overnight.

    It is actually lovelyyyyyyyyyyy :)

Had some granola with almond milk for breakfast. Finished my water thingy drink. Now having a holland and barrat no caf coffee with one sugar and almond milk.

Gonna give that water a try I think!

Been good today, just a shame I haven't exercised. Still I will run tomorrow! Dinner was lovely, even saved enough calories for a bit of apple crumble and soya custard! Need to meal plan for tomorrow.

Hope you are pleased with your Able and Cole box!

Did not do my run yesterday - collapsed to bed at 7:30 pm, shock horror.

Drinking my water with lemon, ginger, mint, cucumber for the second day running now.

    Food/drink all good then.

Got some manuka honey yesterday to get into my smoothise and also some spirulina powder with other 2 green powders in (a mixture) again to put in my smoothise.. and aloe vera juice....

    Hmmm

I didn't run this morning, I think I'm wiped out after being away over the bank holiday! But I will run Sunday.

I have read the weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so although I need to up it, I'm not too concerned about a week off exercise, my heel is healed (haha) now so I can run without worry.

Might pick up the water ingredients and a new water bottle tonight, make the water for tomorrow.

Also, my sister has recommended me to look at this training program

http://www.kaylaitsines.com.au/guides she started it last week and can feel the results already - the transformations page is very motivating. Anyway, she's sending me the ebook to take a look at.

Food today - Cereal, Soup and bread, Fishcakes, new potatoes and veg.

    Have a good day!

Made a smoothie - juice from oranges, apples, carrots, celery and then into a blender with kale, banana, avocado, bit of manuka honey and some nuts... yummyyyyy

water for tomorrow in the fridge

just munching on a salad - cous cous, lettuce (red one, whatever it is called from Abel and Cole), baby spinach, lamb lettuce, baby tomatoes, tiny bit of feta cheese, avocado and a tinyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bit of lemon/coriander/chili dressing (that from a shop, the dressing)

made salad for tonight and for tomorrow's lunch

ufffff - nope, did not run, it is 10:30 and about to jump in the bath - again, where is the ME time??????

I have to agree, I used that plan and it did me the world of good and I never felt like I was missing out on anything.
  • Can I be one of your buddies GR?

I have a big birthday coming up soon and would really like to start getting fit and lose weight.

Not sure what my fitness plan will be as yet as I have a dodgy right leg at the moment ( weight related, so all my own fault :( )so will have to ease in gently, but I need to lose a similar amount of weight as you and I also need to give up the sugar, I have a major addiction going on

Think I'll start off tomorrow with giving the dogs a longer walk than usual and smoothies half veggie/fruit for breakfast and lunch.

Haha I agree! But the workouts are good ideas for cardio and strength training, so will still give them a whirl and see how I get on, any exercise is better than none! So Sunday I plan to do W9R1 of C25k and then 28 minutes following the plan.

Didn't have time for breakfast this morning, but that's probably a good thing as we ended up going out for dinner last night! oppps. Nevermind, today is a new day and I shall be good. Soup planned for lunch, dinner - not sure I need to find out if hubby is eating or going out.

Have a good day all! It's payday wahooo! :T
