Las Vegas accommodation - luxury options

This is based purely on a quick Google search but FWIW:

What are your dates? Prices can vary depending on what is going on at that time.
Is the room or the view most important?
What do you class as a suite - multiple rooms, kitchen etc? Many Vegas suites are what I would class as a large room.0 -
Thnaks
View is by far most important...a basic room with an amazing view would do.
Also doesn't have to be a suite. I just assumed that most luxury/high floor accomodations will tend to be at the higher end of the budget, and typically suites.0 -
Dates?

I just paid $119 a night at the Encore, it was from a marketing email though. That was for a regular room and every one of the staff at check in were pushing upgrades, $20 a night for a high floor or the one next to me offered $50 a night for the tower suites.
When you say high floor do you mean the top couple of floors or would floor 20-40 do for example? I've had a 60th floor strip view at Encore before and while the view was good and I took a couple of pics I didn't spend much time in the room. I preferred the 20th floor corner suite at Aria as it's a proper suite with separate rooms and I liked the view of being surrounded by lights. I've also stayed in a Lowish room at the Mandarin with a strip view, view was fine, room was lovely and again I didn't spend too long in it.0 -
The higher the better tbh. Strip view for the other half but I'd like a view which enables me to look over the valley. I've seen an ideal Vdara corner suite which would be great but they will not guarantee a high floor.
Have seen a 51st floor apartment in Trump on airbnb that I might go for, but a bit off the strip.
Not asking for much, am I!?
Appreciate the responses0 -
Is this any good? It mentions
"Tower Premier Guestroom - Located on higher floors, providing panoramic views of the 600 square mile Las Vegas valley and mountains"
