Woo - didn't catch up with your diary for a day & I missed a whole temperature rising discussion!

To be honest IA, I think that most people on these boards have bought expensive stuff that they knew they didn't officially 'need' - but most of us don't have the courage to admit to it! I even posted one day in Hypnos what have you/will you do about not increasing my debt in any way - then realised a favourite author had released a new book & ordered it on the CC :o

I also agree that you should get out of the house if possible - especially if the sun is shining as we've had so little this summer

I will admit to forgetting that you have PND (you are so together a lot of the time on here!) so hope things are going a bit better for you (((((HUGS))))) - have you tried HomeStart? They're a national charity with local branches that match parents with young children with a 'buddy' who comes to visit once a week for a chat & support.

BTW - I'm pretty sure you're a debt dieter runner up too.....

This is gonna sound a little bit horrible to everyone trying to help you ia, To me it sound like they are telling u to get out the house , do more thing out side, meet people,

    Sorry

No, not at all - this isn't what I meant & don't think you took it like this anyway IA.

I know how hard it is!

I have a buggy board, but it's a little expensive to post - could give it to you in September at the meet tho? Ash might be that little bit older and able to cope with it more? At least then she doesn't have to do all that walking on her little legs :)

Maybe I'm too honest... I leave myself waaay to open to personal attack! lol.

I've blown up the paddling pool... does going in the garden count as going outside??? :D

To be honest I find I'm quite nervy around new people now. I never used to be but I'll definately look into homestart, thanks. As for the PND I have my good days and bad days... but generally I feel better. That reminds me I need to make an appointment for a repeat prescription!

We've looked into buggyboards before and I'm not sure it'll fit the type of pushchair we have... will look into it though..

  • For my no2 son I used the wrist thing and he was fine with that - mind he's 14 and it gets on his nerves a bit now!!!

Yes being in the garden does count, fresh air is fresh air. Hope you don't think we were bullying you - certainly didn't mean it that way! I'm nervous around new people too, its easy to be mega confident on line isn't it!

I know you're waiting to hear about the child minding but just wondered if you've considered looking for a job again? I know its difficult with the girls (and expensive too) but maybe even a couple of hours a day (could m in l help with the minding?) Just think you need some "me" time and thats one way of getting it.

Just a thought. Enjoy the garden.
