Hi IA,

Please don't stop posting.... you were my inspiration to sort out my sorry financial mess (still sorry but getting there :rotfl: ) I read your diary everyday without fail and you never fail to amaze me.

I do think you should treat yourself sometimes but it's easier said than done, you sound a lot like me, I'd rather others have what they want and I'll go without, I don't need much and am happiest when making others happy.

Re the tax credits, mine were paid in on sat instead of Tues, I put it down to it being a bank holiday in Scotland... isn't there where they're based?

IA ~ I two rung the tax credits place and the reason is, and I quote:

*It's because of the postal strike but you wont be able to acess it until tomorrow*
