Ok, so I did it and its not pretty:
My savings now stand at £6202.39 :eek
I spent £3000, wow. Oh, that hurts so much! Back to business now, time to batten down the hatches and get saving!
Free BirdsEye fish x2 (CheckOutSmart and also its a try me free offer so I'll be in profit. I'll add it when the cheque arrives!)
Free Warburtons burger thins x2 (COS again)
Free Pancake mix x2 (COS...again!)

£5 OnDevice payment arrived in paypal.
Tonight Im going to work out my finances for the month and find otherways to make money
Edit: Finances done and before I even count my wages I can put away £500 comfortably this month. That makes me happy! It really helps having no extras to pay for (sky/nights out/boyfriend:D) so I can be as frugal as I like and squirrel it all away.
So by my calculations, at £500 a month minimum savings I should be at £9702 by the end of the year. Thats great as its not even counting my extra earning so I *should* comfortably smash that pesky £10k barrier!£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

I just want to say I have read your posts and you have done amazingly well!!
You've really inspired me - I completely understand when you speak about being held accountable...
I am 26, single, saving for my first home and privately renting without the option of staying with family/friends.
I am in the process of applying for new jobs and my tenancy runs out in January. I have £32k which I have slowly saved since I was 18 and the only 'loan' as such I have is my car finance payment of £140 p/m which I plan to clear asap.
I'm taking a leaf out of your book!!FTB House Deposit - £28,505.00 / £40,000 - 71.26%

My sister and I are doing it as part of mums bday so I've made some bunting, jam jar tealight holders with twine bows, plants in terracotta pots, herb garden and im going to paint the wall a summer grey colour as the bunting is light pink with white polka dots and the plants are lavender so will look great againt grey. Bought her a comfy chair with cushions too so will be lovely to have a coffee and read a book in on a sunny day. Mother wont appreciate it but never mind
Just redeemed a pinecone reward so that'll hit paypal soon.

Managed to get my shopping for £1.75 today by using the vouchers (24 items) I went throught he smart price items and just added anything I'd use so the cupboards are full and I have plenty of cleaning products.
Mothers garden makeover went well and its looking good. The patio had never seen a jet wash-its over 23 years old and the tiles were black. Imagine my surprise when I sprayed them to find they are red slabs!Managed to find some miracle grow type product in a 99p store so that saved me a bit as I was considering purchasing the real stuff.

Tomorrow im off to Dartmouth and later in the week im off to St Ives
£20 earned from a survey that should be hitting my account tomorrow. I had to answer questions about the Indian banking market (when I havent got a clue!) and I promise you, that was the easiest and hardest survey I have ever had to do! I sweated and cringed my way through it
