FREE Ed Sheran album from maximiles
COMPETITION WIN!!!
Slow going at the moment so I need to step it up a gear. I had enough points to redeem for an ed sheran album (which is playing as I type!) They've been sat there for some time so I thought I might as well redeem, its nice to have treats along the way which stops me buying.
This month is a tight month anyway, I have many birthdays that just a card wont do- half brother, DS, best friend, DD's dad, Step dad. I have no idea what to do for DS's birthday on the 19th, he doesnt either, so if you have any ideas for an 11 year old- im all ears!
Oh Oh OH, I forgot to tell you- I won!.....
.....A Samsung Galaxy S5!!!!!!!
I was in shock yesterday when the email came through, it was a Del Monte xmas comp whereby one had to take a selfie with a del monte pineapple with a xmas theme. I took one with a pineapple on my head infrom of my xmas tree!! Once I had uploaded it I noticed it was a voting comp so wrote it off, there was no way I would win. So imagine my surprise when I received the email! Turns out there was also a judges winner too So sods law, just as Ive bought an iPhone 6 I go and win a smartphone! But nothing can tear me away from my beloved Apple so i shall sell the Galaxy and put it towards my iphone! Should sell for around £350-£400
Hope you are all well and I look forward to hearing from you soon xx£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

I forgot to say if you are still looking into getting somewhere in HR check out your local CIPD events. My region have started a mentoring scheme and I now have two Mentors!
Definately worth a shot, the only downside is you need to be a CIPD member.0 -

My friend is bringing my new phone this weekend so I look forward to earning straight away!
I've made a decision to go self employed as my job rather than just extra income. I am under a lot of pressure to get a job at the end of Feb but there is just nothing around and childcare is extremely limited. Im feeling happier already! It means I can work at anytime, im flexible, I can completely my coursework and I dont have to worry about securing a job before moving- I can just move!£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

Apologies for the radio silence. Ive been burried alive in coursework and its not very often im 'in the zone' to complete it so I thought I had better run with it!
Its been a bit of a crap month financially; so many birthdays and my car broke down I had been stalling at lights the day previous for no reason, just dropped out of power, and one particularly cold morning it wouldnt start. I called RAC and they told me that I didnt have home cover(but I would have been covered if the car was 1/4 of a mile away!!)...so, essentially, the £35 I paid for the year was worthless and I would need to upgrade....
£80 bl**dy quid! Im still seething now! there is a downside to being single and this is it- no man around to jump start the car or at the very least push it 1/4 of a mile away! I needed a new battery, spark plugs and oil(which I was on my way to get!) so that has set me back £145 in total. That was on my DS's bday so that was one almightly expensive day!
I've been making tracks since and trying to claw the money back. I've lost count now so I'll do the spreadsheets tomo and get up to date. The phone arrived today I think as I had a 'sorry you were out' letter from the postman. Quite a few MS jobs around so Ive signed up to them and I've heard theres lots of jobs going live tomo on FA£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -
Sorry to hear about your car Nat. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that mines ok, yesterday it was shaking upon acceleration it's always my car that puts me back in debt so praying it doesn't have to go in garage.
