That's weird. When I was a civil servant, and asked what I did with my time sheet, I was told that it was just for my own records, and would never be checked.

ps I know a mate in the private sector can pop out for errands if he wants. I know a mate in the public sector that also does. I also know mates in both that can't. I sort of think that covers the debate really.0
