Morning everyone- hope some sleep was had in those households awaiting results and that they arrive soon today and are as needed and deserved. I remember having to go into school to collect mine! (but that was light years ago!) Do they post or email or text now?
Have another busy day ahead as my list of important emails and calls grows daily.
Having breakfast now and have blitzed the toilet already. Plan to finish the kitchen and bathroom off before heading out to do more banking then a quick run round with hoover and feather duster and packing. Won't put up lists as probably won't get to those at all!!!
Take care xxJuly 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

Yay DS2 knows he has got his uniplace (from ucas track) so the wait is over here, will take him to school to get his actual results soon.
Fingers crossed very firmly for the rest of our flylady family.
I may even settle to flying today at some point. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

You still have to go to school/college to collect your actual results and DD didn't bother to check on UCAS before her Dad took her to college on his way to work.
She did really well and has secured her first choice and is going to study History. We are all very happy and proud. Most of her friends are happy too but some have gone home to think about their options and get some help from clearing and I'm thinking about all those young people and their families who need to adjust their ideas and hope they get good advice.Dustykitten wrote: »Yay DS2 knows he has got his uniplace (from ucas track) so the wait is over here, will take him to school to get his actual results soon.

Many congrats to those who got their uni places! Hope others still to find out are also successful
Yesterday went quite well on the flying front - managed all the level ones and most level twos from Mon - Wed - just printed out today so am aiming for level one and two in our bedroom. Also need to go shopping.
Sorting out accounts for DS has just got more complicated - money going from one account to another has gone missing for the past two months and both banks are telling me that they other one has to sort it out. Stood at the counter for an hour altogether trying to sort it out. And DS now need to transfer one account into just his name and open two more! Lots of bits of paper flying around here this morning. He has now set out on the train to pick up his maths AS results - he wouldn't let me take him.
Off to do some flying whilst I wait to hear from DS then on with the shopping - I seem to live in supermarkets some weeks!May spend - £291.40/£320.00
June spend - £106.40/£320.000
