I'd give my son and daughter, oh's son and daughter, and my grandchildren money, (apart from the youngest ones, it would go into a trust until they were old enough) then it's up to them what they want do with it. Then I'd spend a couple of years travelling around the world. :)
  • My younger brother & my niece would have a house bought for each of them & rented out with the rent going into a trust fund until they're each 21 at the youngest.

My parents would probably get something like a house renovation, dream car etc.

It's actually a bit of a dream of mine that if I ever won Euromillions, like a whopping stupid amount, I'd walk into a former workplace and give a friendly face a huge amount of money.

My other weird dream is that I'd love to build something like the O2, but I don't know if 100 million is enough haha

I think one of the things I'd be determined to do, is to give a big amount of money to a friend in Australia who took me in when I wound up homeless for a night.
    I can't add up.

We have done euromillions before but only on rollovers so if our numbers did come up we would likely be mega-wealthy say £100m.

Pay off the mortgage, move our stuff out, get builders in to finish off house. Not sure I would want to sell it, but wouldn't move back in.

I wouldn't want a huge house, bc I hate housework and OH wouldn't like having staff. If we had a cleaning service and a gardening service he'd prolly be OK with that.

He'd want to give up work but would get soo bored, I might suggest starting his own small business.

My younger bro is an ex-banker and has investment properties so he, wife and daughters will be fine. My mother is fine too ditto my uncle and cousins.

I wouldn't want OH to give money to his siblings bc we hardly see them and they've done nothing for us but I'm on board if he wants to spoil his mother bc she has. Prob is, my mother would go green lol.

I'd like to put money into HIV/AIDS research, into being an angel investor for young designers and into independent movies and theatre. Maybe set up a small chain of shops that specialised in new talent for clothes and homeware ?

I'd also like a house in LA so I could visit. OH would want to go live in the South of France I know. Somewhere not to far from Nice or Cannes would be nice.

I have a friend who had his own hedge fund and he made tonnes of money. He gave up work, now he's bored. So I would prolly suggest he managed some of the funds.

I'd love to go to Wimbledon again, go to the Derby, go to the theatre more. I wouldn't buy shedloads of designer clothes, I'd prolly have tailored stuff made for me by proper tailors instead.

OH and I have both travelled a lot so I don't think we would do very much of it.
  • We would buy a house as we rent and have lots of holidays (with family) as we are only recent travellers. We would also give large cash gifts to those who care about us (family and friends) and put large amounts in trust for our grandsons.

Charities would also feature for us with large amounts to the RGT, especially the local branch and also a Galgo rescue in Spain. Our local hospices and air ambulance, along with Centrepoint and Medecins Sans Frontières will also get large donations.

We would carry on with the voluntary work we do.
