  • Another £55 transferred over to the CC today.

BUT a spendy weekend :( Booked small UK holiday on the rogue credit card. Luckily DH gets a bonus next month which will clear it, but it means there will be less of the bonus to pay more of the main CC off with.

Nevermind, I think a cheap UK holiday is worth having for the family, I just begrudge that it slows things down a bit!

Think I have just made the last payment to the CC for this month, managed to hit my £900 target which I'm glad of.

Things ticking along here... looking forward to payday and another chunk off the loan.

Ending April on £23,340. My aim in April is to get as close to £21,500 as I can!

Payday has arrived so been updating spreadsheet/signature!

Really excited to hit the 40% paid off mark with this month's loan payment!

Had a nice evening with friends round last night. On this forum there always seem to be people worrying about not being able to afford to 'go out' and socialise but we love spending cheap evenings in with friends! I cooked a big (cheap!) chilli and we all had a great evening catching up and drinking vino! My head was a little sore this morning :o

Leftover chilli tonight, and an Amazon Prime movie I think :)

Congratulations on 40% - It will snowball to 100% now, or should that be to zero lol. I know what you mean, it doesn't have to cost to have fun does it?
