I am picking these wise words from Karmacat... on Beanielous thread.... to remind me....
Eating crap makes you feel like crap, if you're anything like me. Four things I advise, since you're asking for input:
- get some frozen veg in and mix up a bowl - peas, broccoli, carrots, whatever you can. Flavour it with sweet chili sauce or anything you like, though not salt if you can avoid it.
- drink lots of water. You need it even more than usual, if you're eating crap.
- get some fresh air. Deep breathing in the garden if thats the only thing you can do, but as well as that, walking up and down your road. Thats what I do sometimes if I can't do anything else, and my road is only about 80 yards long.
- even if you already know *why* you're feeling like crap, write about it. If writing is physically stressful, speak into a microphone - on the computer, on your phone, on an old fashioned cassette recorder, doesn't matter. Try to know why you're feeling bad, get a focus on it.
That last one - I feel generally bad, but when I pinpoint it, and realise I'm putting bad stuff from the past onto the present day, it helps. My word isn't the catastrophe I'm making it out to be, the house isn't actually falling down around my ears, etc etc.As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

5. NHS wheelchair appointment not until 28th June....
6. Struggling with mobility due to all of the above!
7. struggling with health and finances etc....
8. Friends funeral was very emotionally challenging
9. Medical treatment was very overdue because well you can guess....
The Highlights
1. Production week with local Am Drams was just brilliant :T:T:T:j:j
2. I'm going to get a new wheelchair with power drive eventually
3. I have earnt several pounds from an embroidery commission
4. I have paid for my Mindfulness Course without adding to debt
5. My debt is the same as when I last altered this, - this is good as I have managed to pay for things without adding to debt!
6. Met friends for brunch :T:T
7. Registered with Shop mobility
8. Been asked to do the props in the next production
9. Set up a new budget spreadsheet, after I lost my cool with my OH

Three Blessings for yesterday

2. My friend Julia who has sorted the Church steps for me :T
3. Local AmDram's whose current director has asked me to do props wait for it.... 'allo 'all - well now I just didn't get the humour as a teenage - think I was too much of a prude then :rotfl::rotfl:. Now I seem to be sourcing parrots and blow up dolls!!!
I have just about caught up on my email back log this morning.
I have taken charge of our budget and spending... it does make depressing reading... but I feel better in doing it.
I have put some lovely dates in my diary for seeing friends...
This afternoon is Mr BMD and then my mindfulness course so things to look forward to...As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

4. Watched C@sulty while knitting a scrap blanket for battersea - debating whether to lug it wit me at the weekend
5. One load of washing
6. Actually completely stopped for 15 minutes to look at the sky for my mindfulness homeworkActually was quite difficult
7. Declined a quote to make me a dress from my Singapore silk for my wedding anniversary ( I had hoped for a new dress for our posh meal out) Debating whether to try to do it myself.....

Afternoon all
Well just posted another blog - I started writing it at Easter - well better let than never.....
Blessings for the last two days:
1. Not having to go out the house the I was having an especially high fatigue day
2. Blue skies the view from my window...
3. OH cooking my tea
1. Catching up with friends.
2. Going out to local quiz
3. Massage with healing hands.
On the financial front, we ate at home before we went out rather than a restaurant meal before hand.
Had mac cheese and only needed cheese which OH went to C@@P for essential shop with a £2 off voucher.
I kept to just one pint and then soda and lime, but did succumb to that crisp packet....
I have been really plodding with fatigue last two days and driving to Suffolk/Norfolk to see family this weekend.
So better go and pack, I have to go and get Daddy ( aka cat sitter as car not yet mended) fortunately he walks and has bus pass
Have a good bank holiday... catch up MondayAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or
