Sorry guys, we found out my brother-in-law passed away on Sunday and this is the first chance I have had to post. As you can probably guess I am struggling with my exercise but trying to keep up with eating healthy. Although sleep has kind of gone out the window.

I am sorry to hear this FT.:( Try to look after yourself as best you can, and dont worry if you slip up. You are only human. Take one day at a time. xx

  • Thanks Rainbowfairydust, We are still waiting on the coroners report and for him to be released to the family. It doesn't quite feel real at the moment.
