I am getting almost 8hrs sleep a night over the course of last week and at the weekends close to 9 or 10 hrs. I am still waking up tired and was confused as to why. Just realised its because I am not drinking caffeinated coffee. Has anyone else tried to shuck the caffeine monster? That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

meeeeee. I only drink one "proper" coffee in the morning. The rest of the morning its decaff everything - tea & coffee. Then i switch to fruit infused water or NAS squash.

I usually just have the one coffee a day too, usually in the mornings, I tried not drinking it at weekends but would get horrible headaches. It's just water from then on for me, with the occasional herbal tea if I fancy a hot drink. Naively I didn't think it would affect me this much.
I had to stop buying squash was getting through 1 bottle of the double concentrate in a week. By myself. Just in the hours I was at home. Ended up costing me too much. :eek:That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Sorry guys, we found out my brother-in-law passed away on Sunday and this is the first chance I have had to post. As you can probably guess I am struggling with my exercise but trying to keep up with eating healthy. Although sleep has kind of gone out the window. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
