Thanks, it took me ages to get into the right head space. I would say it has probably only been over the past few months were I have really believed in myself to do it and not gone about it half heartedly.
I wouldn't worry too much about having a slip it happens to us all just get back on it. Stay in control and you will feel better for it. Also means that when you do have a cheat meal you won't have the guilt factor.
I have a few social bits going on this month due to birthdays (it's my birthday Thursday eek excited!!) and I will be out for dinner for most of them. I will be letting myself choose freely from the menu but the meals and snacks around those meals will be the same as a usual day. Hope that made sense. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

It was nice to meet up with a friend that I haven't seen in a few months last night and it was also my first Burger & Lobster experience. I had the Lobster roll which was lobster stuffed into a thick brioche slice. It really was amazing.

Ok so on to the exciting bit. I couldn't wait to jump on the scales this morning I hadn't felt like I had lost much but I could see that the effects of exercise has started to change my body shape. I had set myself a goal of trying to get as close to 11st as possible, it was a tough goal in my eyes. So I was floored when I stepped on the scale and my weight flashed up as 11st 0.8lbs!!! That's a loss of 7.8lbs (before weight 11st 8.6lbs). I think I reweighed myself 3 times before believing that it wasn't lying to me. I am on cloud nine today and can't wait to put all that positive energy into my workout this evening.

I'm thinking about setting my next goal and I am going to be optimistic and aim for 10st 10lbs or as close to it. This is because I have a lot of social functions in June and I am so excited to be so close to the next stone bracket. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Birthday day out with the hubby, meal and cinema. Thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful!!
Can believe I managed to eat all that food and I only felt nicely full after. It lasted me the rest of the day though, still had the snacks in the cinema obviously. I didn't deny myself anything as if you can't relax on your birthday when can you?!That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
