Monday food & exercise
B: toasted english muffin with smoked salmon & chive Philadelphia and a coffee
L: Chilli burrito - wholemeal wrap, chilli, avocado, cheese & sour creamSpaghetti & Meatballs
S: 4 chocolate coated raisins I ended up having to throw the rest of the packet of chocolate raisins away. I used to love these but the chocolate around them tasted awful. I may just mix normal raisins into some dark choc shavings to get a better flavour.
E: Walked 2,314, miles 4616ft, burned 1705, ate 1652cals (est), REST DAY
I had Monday off work so I decided to tackle my wardobe so I now have a nice pile of clothes and shoe to sell on ebay
I have almost finished off my meal plan list for next month but am struggling with some meal ideas. I would like to incorporate more beans into my diet but apart from in chilli, garlicky pinto beans or chorizo beans I am at a loss. Any ideas anyone? That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Yes! Bean burgers can't believe I didn't think of this one. I used to get a bean burger from local stall and it was epic I may try to recreate them. Plus they can be frozen I may give these a go.
Also must try this

Tuesday food & exercise
B: Berry Burst Trek Bar
L: Spaghetti & Meatballs1 fried egg and mini roasted potatoes
S: 150g Natural yoghurt, coffee, HM Mixed olives with feta, tiny nibble of peanut butter & 90% dark choc (bluergh!) definitely not palatable chocolate.
E: Walked 10,749, miles 4.06, burned 1859, ate 1487cals (est), REST DAY
The cals are pretty low today but not through lack of trying just didn't really feel hungry. My after dinner snack was supposed to be high calorie and a recreation of a reese's peanut butter cup but I need to purchase a lower percentage dark chocolate around the 70% - 75% mark and try this again. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
