    Sunday food & exercise

B: 2 scrambled eggs with garlic thyme field mushroom, a buttered muffin, and a coffee
    L: Lamb & salad
    D: Chicken Schnitzel & peas
S: Natural yoghurt with 100g black grapes & 1 tbsp peanut butter, smoked salmon and 6 pieces reese's mini peanut butter cups.
    E: Walked 10,635, miles 4.13, burned 1883, ate 1627 cals (est), Run 2.07 miles, took 34.30 mins, 16.41 min/mile

I was so excited to finally get out for a run and it was glorious sunshine that I used most of the gas in the tank on the first mile which I did in 13 mins I had to slow down for the rest. That will teach me to pace myself. I still enjoyed it though. Also I usually run in a fleece or sweat shirt basically anything that covers my top half. This run I did in just my t-shirt and knee length leggings, I felt so confident in them too.

Good for you. Pauline (purpleshoes) has apparently been given a PPR, even though it doesn't seem to be showing on her account, I've been lurking on the boards for a while. She had another account that was shut down by admin as she was being trolled and it's not active but she's been accused of having two accounts. She can't log in or post and she's been IP banned. Anyway just thought I'd let you know incase you were looking for her and she's disappeared.

Hope all goes well with your plan and your exercise, very good luck to you.

Thanks Janice, I had wondered where she had got to. I hope the admin team rectify this soon and she can get back on the site.

Its a lifetime ban and she's been IP banned so she can't make another account from her pc (but she's apparently said she's not going to even if she can access another pc).

Not really any point posting if you can't post as yourself.

Yesterday was a catastrophe! I was doing well until I left work, I tried to find pinto beans to recreate a 'Real Simple magazine' recipe. (garlicky pinto beans) which I was going to have with baked seabass and veggies. Sounds divine right! Well.... I couldn't find pinto beans so I picked up some kidney beans as a substitute. I got to Liverpool Street to discover that there were severe delays and cancellations due to some kids playing on the tracks (lucky no one was injured!). Anyway my train boarded very late and was extremely packed. So you can imagine my stress levels when I finally got home. I really was in no mood to cook and I was starving by this point (I did have an apple on the train but it wasn't enough) and I was craving pizza. So I toyed with the idea of making a wrap one but knew that it wouldn't satisfy me. I.e. I would have ended up having a fridge binge session. So I then went through my do I really want it etc and I decided that I did want the pizza and that I wouldn't feel guilty after as 1. I have been exercising 2. one meal isn't going to impact the rest of the week/month eating. So ordered the damn pizza. I savoured it and moved on.
Although after I did feel quite lethargic and I ended up staying up way too late as I just couldn't shake the tense feeling from travelling. I didn't exercise but now I wish I had as I woke up so late, didn't have time to do anything bought breakfast on way into work to discover that the fire alarm was going off and everyone was outside.

Also it is our work social tonight which I completely forgot. We will be playing pertanque (french boules) maybe I can get in some sneaky weight training with them? No?

I supposed in the grand scheme of things working out 3/4 times a week is still a decent amount and better than doing nothing.
