    Weigh in today.

It is a loss of 1.4lbs I now weigh 11st 8.2lbs. Next weigh in will be 3rd June but measurements will be posted every Wednesday as usual.

I have lost an inch off my thighs.

    Measurements last week
    Bust - 38
    Chest - 34
    Waist - 37
    Hips - 41
    Thighs - L23/R23
    Arms - L11.5/R11.5

    Measurements Now
    Bust - 38
    Chest - 34
    Waist - 37
    Hips - 41
    Thighs - L22/R22
    Arms - L11.5/R11.5

From here on in you should see my daily food intake and exercise regime should be looking a whole lot better. I would like to set a goal of being as close to 11st as possible by next weigh in. I know I have set this goal before but I feel in a much better state of mind now and I think if I focus properly on my fitness, types of food and correct medication dosage I believe I can achieve a substantial loss by June.

I have almost made it I have the final day 5 tonight and a well earned day of rest tomorrow. Weather permitting I will be running on Sunday. Thanks to purpleshoes for cracking the whip and really giving me the push I needed. I was just being lazy and giving up before I had really begun. I think I am now in the right head space to keep going.
It's weird I am really excited to do the next workout tonight I am so pumped!! If only you could bottle motivation.
So on the back of this I want to carry on the rest of the month (31 days) like this allowing Saturday as rest day and Sunday as my running day.
