It wasn't until I logged my food that I realised I hadn't really eaten that much. Most likely where it had been so hot all day I have been drinking plenty of water. My Tesco delivery arrived last night, is it weird that I get excited about this? It was delayed arriving though so didn't get a chance to exercise last night. Back on it tonight though going to be really breaking a sweat in this heat. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Just realised that I should have weighed in this morning. Sorry guys.
I will post this tomorrow, not looking forward to it as I know I haven't done all I can to lose the pounds this month. Cue finger biting!
No matter what I can only keep going for July and hope that I get a good result at the end of it.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I remembered (just) to jump on the scales before I got dressed this morning. I didn't have time to do measurements but will do those tomorrow and update the below. So my goal was to get as close to 10st 10lbs as I could, well wouldn't you know it I jumped on the scale 10st 10.6lbs :j
Which is a loss of 2.8lbs, if my maths is correct?
Measurements last month
Bust - 38
Chest - 33.5
Waist - 37
Hips - 41
Thighs - L22.5/R22.5
Arms - L11.5/R12
Measurements Now
Bust - 38
Chest - 33.5
Waist - 37
Hips - 41
Thighs - L22.5/R22.5
Arms - L11.5/R12
I'm not quite sure how it's falling off so quickly now. I don't feel like I have changed that much except attitude towards food, portion size and a better sleeping schedule.
Ok so my next goal.......
I would love to get down to next stone bracket, I think 10lbs in a month may be too ambitious and not healthy lose of 2 pounds a month. My aim then is to get to 10st 2lbs phew best get my backside moving then! That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
