I might have to look into that over the weekend. I received a little USB chip when I purchased (at least thats what I think it is). That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Yes it is, you stick it into the back of your pc and thats what syncs the data0 -

I love the garmin, the only thing that would make it better would be a backlight.0

Sorry for the absence. So much has been going on lately at work that I haven't had much time to update.
Basically most of the admin staff have up and left (one was made redundant) so I am trying to cover mine plus another persons workload. I am on holiday next week and when I get back another admin staff will have been moved to another department leaving me as the sole admin for 100 people  this would usually be split between 3.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I did weigh myself quickly yesterday and it was a STS which is surprising as I have eaten out for dinner 4 times, eaten out for lunch 3 times (leaving lunches) and attended 2 leaving drinks. Still keeping up with the walking. In fact I think it is the only thing keeping me sane at the moment.
Next week will be full of exercise as I am visiting my mum in Carlisle and will be going to work with her (she is a dog walker) and she walks 10 miles a day min, plus my sister is doing C25K and wants me to join and I have roped her into 2 Homemade HIIT sessions. Quite looking forward to it actually. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I am quite happy with the Garmin so far although sometime MFP and Garmin don't communicate properly but that is getting better. Definitely agree with the need for a back light as I usually sync as I am about to go to sleep. I have also fixed the WI-FI issue. It was my router not my phone although will still be upgrading soon. I have run out of download data though so can only use my internet at home. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I'm back campers after a week of fun and relaxation in the windy North. Everyone is commenting how refreshed I look. I weighed myself this morning and I am 11st 9lbs. This is down to bad diet while I was away and also making the rookie mistake of not taking enough thyroid tablets with me. I did do plenty of exercise though walking 10 miles a day through sun, wind, rain and hailstones!!
I should lose this quite easily once my tablets build back up again in my system and now I am back to normal eating. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
