Weigh in day!!
Last weigh in was 11st 9lbs today I weigh 11st 6.8lbs total loss of 2.2lbs. I couldn't find my last lot of measurements but here are the ones I took this morning

Thanks Lantanna, I just needed to give myself a kick up the backside! I am starting to feel so much better. I also take much better care of my appearance now; perfume and make up every day. I ended up sleeping through my alarm and not having time to walk in Wednesday morning which made me a little restless throughout the day. I couldn't get out to do my walk at lunch either (extra grumpy). At least I managed to beat my target set by garmin.
Today trains were delayed so I couldn't walk in either, going to make sure I walk at lunch though; its amazing how much better my mood is just walking alongside the river!That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

So I woke up Saturday morning thinking how can I start off my new look weekend with still having something special for breakfast but not breaking the health bank. I remembered reading a food blog this week and they were having sweet wraps for breakfast. I had two wraps left over from earlier in the week so thought I would give them a go and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Will definitely try this again with different variations.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

B: 1 Nutella and Raspberry Wrap. (1 wrap, spread half thinly with nutella and dot with raspberries, fold in half and fry in a smidgen of butter on both sides until golden and crisp.
L: Cafe lunch - tuna and cheese jacket potato with salad and coffee1 HM cheeseburger
S: Didn't feel the need to have any after a big lunch

B: 1 Peanut Butter & Banana Wrap. (1 wrap, spread half thinly with Peanut Butter and 1/2 mashed banana, fold in half and fry in a smidgen of butter on both sides until golden and crisp.
L: 1 HM cheeseburger - red onionsmall lamb shish with salad (no sauce) & a handful of chips
S: 2 piece lindt cherry intense dark choc

We were supposed to have chilli for dinner but unfortunately the cat got to the mince that I had been defrosting on the side. We weren't too thrilled about sharing our meat with the cat so we decided to go for a healthier takeaway of kebabs.
