  • Weigh in day!!

    Last weigh in was 11st 9lbs today I weigh 11st 6.8lbs total loss of 2.2lbs. I couldn't find my last lot of measurements but here are the ones I took this morning

    Bust - 40
    Chest - 34
    Waist - 35
    Hips - 40
    Thighs - L24/R24
    Arms - L12/R12

  • Thanks Lantanna, I just needed to give myself a kick up the backside! I am starting to feel so much better. I also take much better care of my appearance now; perfume and make up every day. My husband is loving seeing the new confident me!

    B: 2 slices toast with marmite
    L: 1.5 chicken thighs with sweet pot mash and peas & carrots
    D: Pork & Veg Chow Mein (red & white onions, mix peppers, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, chilli)
    S: grapes, coffee, 1 piece lindt sea salt & caramel dark choc
    E: Walked 10,871, miles 4.11, burned 1862, ate 1376 (est)

    I ended up sleeping through my alarm and not having time to walk in Wednesday morning which made me a little restless throughout the day. I couldn't get out to do my walk at lunch either (extra grumpy). At least I managed to beat my target set by garmin.
    Today trains were delayed so I couldn't walk in either, going to make sure I walk at lunch though; its amazing how much better my mood is just walking alongside the river!

  • So I woke up Saturday morning thinking how can I start off my new look weekend with still having something special for breakfast but not breaking the health bank. I remembered reading a food blog this week and they were having sweet wraps for breakfast. I had two wraps left over from earlier in the week so thought I would give them a go and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Will definitely try this again with different variations.

    B: 1 Nutella and Raspberry Wrap. (1 wrap, spread half thinly with nutella and dot with raspberries, fold in half and fry in a smidgen of butter on both sides until golden and crisp.
    L: Cafe lunch - tuna and cheese jacket potato with salad and coffee
    D: 1 HM cheeseburger
    S: Didn't feel the need to have any after a big lunch
    E: Walked 8,265, miles 3.14, burned 1817, ate 1548 (est)

    Sunday food & exercise

    B: 1 Peanut Butter & Banana Wrap. (1 wrap, spread half thinly with Peanut Butter and 1/2 mashed banana, fold in half and fry in a smidgen of butter on both sides until golden and crisp.
    L: 1 HM cheeseburger - red onion
    D: small lamb shish with salad (no sauce) & a handful of chips
    S: 2 piece lindt cherry intense dark choc
    E: Walked 2,465, miles 4918ft, burned 1708, ate 1579 (est), 30 mins housework

    We were supposed to have chilli for dinner but unfortunately the cat got to the mince that I had been defrosting on the side. We weren't too thrilled about sharing our meat with the cat so we decided to go for a healthier takeaway of kebabs. Bit annoyed as was really looking forward to the chilli.
