I was off ill from work with a migraine - probably due to all the stress from work at the moment. As you can see I slept most of the day and my husband ordered takeaway which I mainly picked at due to loss of appetite.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I have STS at 11st 4.6lbs but have lost inches.
Will be ramping up the exercise today, have already managed and extra long walk before work and have some HIIT planned for when I get home.

Make sure you make some me time to do things you like in your spare time. I always say to everyone give yourself something to look forwards to, no matter how small. I had 2 weeks off work with stress a few years ago, but do look after yourself.

This was only temporary due to a lot of staff leaving at once. New people have now started so my workload will be settling back to normal levels. Weekends are usually my time to relax in fact since January I have been giving myself a manicure and pedicure every Sunday while catching up on telly.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Spent most of the day working out my monthly shopping list and then ordering it online to be delivered Tuesday. I have incorporated more healthy dinners this month. More fish and variety of vegetables!! I have also treated myself to some frozen fruit for smoothies to get more goodness into me at weekends will be experimenting with veggie smoothies too.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
