Weigh-in this morning I have lost the grand sum of 0.2lbs weight is now 11st 6.8lbs. It's in the right direction so I am ok with this but with that said I am hoping for a bigger loss next week and to not keep bouncing back between the same 3 pounds. Measurements have gone down too.

    Measurements Last week
    Bust - 39.5
    Chest - 34.5
    Waist - 36.5
    Hips - 41
    Thighs - L24/R24
    Arms - L12/R12

    Measurements Now
    Bust - 39.5
    Chest - 34
    Waist - 36
    Hips - 40
    Thighs - L23.5/R23.5
    Arms - L12/R12

I am going to focus on building up my activity and keeping my food intake in check this week.

  • Was planning on doing a weight workout last night but had quite bad stomach pains so thought it would be a good idea to do tonight and had a nice long soak in a hot bath instead.
Real problems with travel this morning on the upside I managed to sail straight past my step goal by 11am this morning.

  • Since my last post I have been very close to giving up. I have been eating rubbish near enough everyday and Monday I ate it all day. Old habits were creeping back in and I just didn't care. Until ...
Monday evening I was looking back on what the last few days had been like and how I felt currently, I decided to pick myself up again.
Told myself that one blip doesn't mean the end (this is the point which I would usually give up) and I need to be healthy.
I have drawn a line under the last few days and ready to start a fresh.

This week I have been walking in from Liverpool Street to work and that adds an extra 2(ish) miles to my daily step count. I average around 1800-1900 cals burned a day according to my Garmin.

    Measurements last week
    Bust - 39.5
    Chest - 34
    Waist - 36
    Hips - 40
    Thighs - L23.5/R23.5
    Arms - L12/R12

    Measurements Now - taken Monday
    Bust - 39
    Chest - 34
    Waist - 35.5
    Hips - 40
    Thighs - L23/R23
    Arms - L12/R12

Weight has stayed the same but there has been a loss in inches on my bust, waist and thighs.

  • Just had a little LBM. This extra walking/exercise and eating right is obviously doing something.

I have noticed that when my Garmin tells me I need to move that going down the stairs to the ground floor and walking back up to the fourth is enough for the red bars to disappear so I have been doing this. Before this thread I could barely walk up the stairs without feeling v. v. v. out of breathe and my legs would be in agony. It is much easier now; I am still out of breathe when I reach the top but I can hold a conversation and my legs feel worked. I have even ran up them once.
A little victory but I will take it :)

Do not give up, although I feel a bit like yourself though I am now trying to get back on it. I lost 6.7 and have regained 1 : (
