  • Feeling quite tired today probably down to early start and extra exercise this week. Garmin is definitely making me more conscious of moving more during the day.
I have also decided to start adding a few days walking to work from Liverpool Street but means I need to leave home 30 mins earlier in order to catch an earlier train I think that it going to be tough

  • Made the effect to get the earlier train this morning so had a very enjoyable walk to work. Will definitely keep to doing it a few times a week as I have pretty much already reached my target steps for the day.

    Friday food & exercise

    Food was very relaxed today.

B: 1 slice toast with HM cherry jam
    L: Burger and chips
D: 2 satsumas and 1 slice of toast with HM cherry Jam
    S: Banana
    E: Walked 10917 miles 4.13 burned 1848

Went out to lunch with a friend and we ended up in the local cafe. I have been really craving burger and chips so thought that I will have it today. Really enjoyed it although 30 mins later my body was starting to feel the effects.
    - bloating
    - extreme tiredness
    - thirst
    - headache

I will not be doing that again in a hurry will be making my own burgers instead. I felt so uncomfortably bloated and ill that I wasn't even hungry again until 8.30 and I didn't want a full meal by then so just had a little snack.
