B: 3 scrambled eggs and 1 slice ham
L: 1 sausage, 1 1/2 cup boiled cabbage, 1 yorkshire pud and 200ml gravyBolognaise (onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, passata) Wholewheat pasta, cheese and handful salad leaves
S: apple, nectarine, 5 pecans, 5 brazil nuts, 2 black coffees

Id stay off the processed meat if I were you (Im assuming the ham was processed)
Id also proceed with caution with the wholewheat pasta and rice, yes its better for you than white but Id eat it very very occasionally.
Sausages, same, even if made by a local butcher, again Id have them very occasionally.0 -

Trying to limit myself to one carb meal a day and then eventually one carb meal a week.
I picked up the ham as I wanted some variation to smoked salmon can you advise on what I can use instead. Preferably something I can take straight out of a packet and that goes with scrambled eggs. I don't really like bacon that much.
I'm still learning to listen to my body and I am trying to cut out milk in my coffee too as I have noticed that this bloats my stomach and I can feel quite uncomfortable. I haven't noticed it with other dairy products.That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
