By my reckoning unless ee are watching and have seen the brains behind the operation is going away for a bit we'll have until at least the 1st September before we get a defence back0
-
Bingo, claim approves EE now have until the 3rd September to submit their defence. This is great news all! We have a great chance now!0

Hi all, another positive this was posted in the ee price rise forum where one of the members raised a claim to cancel on T&Cs after time the time scale (similar to ours)

What have you done so far?
If you've not taken any action so far to get out of your contract or you have tried but failed to get and EE contract cancelled on the basis of the price rise you're in the right place.
You need to head over to page one of this thread and follow the instructions.
Send the first email to EE if they refer you to CISAS straight away move onto the next steps.
If they don't refer you to CISAS keep emailing back saying you haven't specifically addressed the points raised in my email.
Then one you have received something from EE along the lines of you can refer your claim to CISAS start the CISAS claim (again on the very first page) and you'll be in the same place as the rest of us. Anything new and updated will be posted in the first 30 posts or so as these have been reserved for RC0 -
Thank Mikmonken.
If you can check my previous post 68, this is what I have so far. If this is what I need to submit case, then what and ( sorry ) how add more information related to my post.

I'm not an expert in this but I think you'll be fine submitting following the instructions and template from this forum.
Where it relates to the Terms and Conditions appendix 2.1 preface it with something along the lines of, I served EE noticed that I wish to terminate my contract on the xxxx following the notification of the terms and conditions.
Then attach the evidence you have that you served them notice.
By doing this you might have a better shot as this forum is still actively pursuing EE whilst the others have kind of finished.
Just follow the 1st 2 pages of instructions for the CISAS case0 -
Thanks.
What exactly I need to add to appendix 1 and 2
Regards
Sergei0 -
Im doing this on a phone so it's a bit fiddly.
Appendix 1 is titled appendix 1 on the first page appendix 1.1 is the letter RC refers to early on.
Appendix 2 is the bit labeled appendix 2 and 2.2 is any communications you've had with EE re cancellation or atleast that's what I did.
It may not be right but it's got my case to adjudication.0
