Does anyone have any experience of this organisation which for a fixed fee of £16 for fighting a penalty notice/invoice. From my reading you just pass the matter over to them and they do the rest. If they win they okay and if they lose they pay the penalty notice so still okay. This applies to penalty notices received for parking on private land such as supermarket car parks - it sounds too good to be true - is it ?

But if you read the newbie thread, you may find that it now possible to do it yourself for free or the cost of a stamp or two.
There are occasions when the stress is too much, or life is too busy and would always recommend the site. But if you have time still to appeal and the patience, it is easy to do it yourself.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Hi,
I am new to this forum but have the following question.
I have actually paid the money to parkingticketappeals.org.uk but now the site is offline and the emails bounce back so there is no way of contacting anybody.
I am not even sure if the appeal has been made...
Any suggestions or did anybody hear anything?
Thanks in advance.0 -

You need to contact Benefit Master on here or BikerPaul on Pepipoo but to be honest, your money is probably lost as he's having some business 'difficulties' !"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Thanks guys.
I appreciate your help.0 -
Meanwhile advice on here is free, if you dont allow yourself to get stressed out by the private parking industry and you dont panic you will soon be able to get your head round what exactly is going off and get shot of the PPC.
And at the same time you will come out of the process at the other end armed with the knowledge on how to beat the private parking companys, and be in a position to help others, share your experiences and to help other people from just paying up, depriving the PPCs of their ilegitamte claims for money and saving your friends/colleges and acquaintances money. From the Plain Language Commission:
