You need to contact Benefit Master on here or BikerPaul on Pepipoo but to be honest, your money is probably lost as he's having some business 'difficulties' !
Just to say that I'm not involved with PTAS or any other parking appeals company, but yes, to say that he's having some "difficulties" would be accurate. I'm not commenting further, as the police are also involved.
I also won't be taking part with further discussions here or on Pepipoo until this is resolved.0 -

Hi,
I am new to this forum but have the following question.
I have actually paid the money to parkingticketappeals.org.uk but now the site is offline and the emails bounce back so there is no way of contacting anybody.
I am not even sure if the appeal has been made...
Any suggestions or did anybody hear anything?
Thanks in advance.
When did you put in an order - as I would put in a dispute to PayPal for a refund....
There is another bone-fide appeals company which I cannot possible mention but can be found on external sites such as Parking Prankster and Parking Cowboys.0 -
I have paid back in October and have been told to wait and wait and wait...
I have got in touch with POPLA to see whether an actual appeal has been submitted and I am waiting for their response now.
If it hasn't I will pursue it through the card company or paypal, but this does not solve my problem, as I am still receiving threatening letters from VCS.
I just don't have the time and energy to deal with these guys and don't want to pay an abusive fine.0 -

I doubt you will get a refund in that case ...
When was the date of parking as VCS became members of the IPC on 29th September so that means after that date for tickets no POPLA0 -
The ticket was in August and the purchase was on 7th of October.
I am not too bothered about the money I paid (though it is still unfair), I am more bothered about sorting out this stupid fine...0 -
Hi guys,
Just to let you know that POPLA have got back to me and the appeal has been allowed back in November which is great...finally some justice.
So not looking to get my money back now
Thanks a lot for your help.0 -
PS. I have still received letters from the debt collectors even after November...0

Well it looks like I'm another one who has been left up the Swanny. Paid these folks via paypal on 16h December, and got an acknowledgement of appeal against the ticket from the parking fascists on the 17th, all seemed to be working. Regular emails exchanged between PTA and myself and all seemed well. Received the expected appeal rejection letter which I scanned and emailed directly to a guy at PTA calling himself Daniel. At that point I even asked if it was winnable or should I take advantage of the reduced penalty and pay it instead. His answer was "No, we can still deal this". Having just picked up this thread, I emailed the same address asking how things were gong and got my message bounced straight back to me. So it looks like it's finished. I'll just have to pay up and smile, and I guess there's no chance of getting anything back from PTA either.0
