The company in question is VCS. An appeal was lodged and rejected by them. They state in their rejection letter that their charges are not extreme, and that their costs are reflected in this. No idea if PTA actually went on to appeal to VCS's associated trade body or not, so I'm in limbo.0

The vast majority of these parasites never take anyone to court, so ignoring is usually still a viable option even after an appeal rejection by the IAS kangaroo court. You need to grow a pair, but most of all you need to start your own thread and tell us what bloody company it is.

Ah yes, thankee, him again. Well he can't say he wasn't warned abut PTAS. In fact, I expressly advised him to find out from them precisely what they planned to do in his name. It seems he ignored that advice with the result that he now has no idea where things stand.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Does anyone know if Private Parking Appeals Limited Ground Floor, Friars Gate, 1011 Stratford Road Solihull B90 4BN is still operating? I have just tried to fill out the online form on the parkingpranskter site and their own site and neither site will allow me to submit the form. I just keep getting an 'Unexpected error' message. Are these guys just a PTAS under another guise?0
