i know my English is not perfect but come on it is clear, he would have not brought home any I kept tell him If I know u are involved with drugs Im calling police my self I rather see you in jail than becoming a thug,.
And how come no one listens to me it took them 3-4 minutes to come in if there were drugs we had plenty of time to dispose them

Which gave you plenty of time just to open the door!

What a mess, I can only hope social services intervene so your younger child gets a better start in life.
  • Whinge whinge pathetic whinge. You were targeted because your son dealt drugs not because of the colour of your skin. Get it through your thick skull. Looks like the Police have spent 5 months identifying everyone involved in drug dealing in your vicinity raided the lot. 19 or 22 is a hell of a lot of drug dealers for one estate and I am glad that my taxpayers money has been used by the Police to target and hopefully take apart such a large drug dealing gang. I hope your son is jailed for a very very long time. The actions by the Police was rightful because your son is a despicable vile drug dealing scum. If he had spent more time finding a job rather than dealing drugs then he wouldn't be where he is now. He has nobody to blame but himself. Your self pitying whinging shows you just don't get it do you. The Police have done nothing wrong. They have done everything right. Your son is solely responsible for what has befallen him and for you having your door smashed down. You just can't face reality your son is a criminal and look to blame the Police for not politely knocking on your door or targeting a white drug dealer in a flash car instead. A responsible parent would have reported that their son was dealing drugs instead of allowing him to continue dealing from your home for 5 months plus. Out of interest what did he do with the proceeds of his drug dealing?

Hey, you guys and gals, some of you are quite harsh, imho. Whatever happened to "There, but for the Grace of God, go I"? That could have happened to any one of us, no matter how well we brought up our children.

People are taking issue with the way that the OP is blaming everyone but themselves/ their son, and their expectation that the state pays for her damaged door.
  • Will they deport him?

Yes, but the OP also says she was quite willing to let the police in, without them causing that amount of damage to what sounds like property owned by the state. What gives the police the right to behave like that when someone is on the other side of the door prepared to open it for them?

I'm sure, given all the intelligence they had collected they would have realised the son wasn't there AND she was not a drug dealer. Did they find any drugs? No.

OP, you should claim compensation from the police for their botched raid.

Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984: Police are liable for compensation if they are operating "unlawfully'' or use excessive force when raiding a property.

This can include raiding the wrong property or using force that cannot be shown to be "reasonable, proportionate and necessary to effect entry".

How was the force they used reasonable, proportionate and necessary, when the person on the other side of the door was happy to let them in?!

If that had happened to me, I wouldn't have just been claiming compensation from the police for the damage. I'd be making a formal complaint about the officers involved.

Instead of making excuses about your son's behaviour, I suggest you find him somewhere else to live. He clearly has no respect for his family, and if the council decides to seek possession your entire family may find themselves homeless.
You wouldn't find a private landlord so generous. If you were one of my tenants you would be served notice immediately and you would be paying for all of the door - not just a percentage of it!
As for the police giving you time to open your door - unfortunately that option was removed when you allowed a known drug dealer to reside in your property. If you are not originally from the UK, I would assume your vast experience of Police Inspectors is not the UK Police. Perhaps they do things differently in your country of origin?
Something about your posts just makes me think troll - I mean looking for sympathy for paying towards the cost of replacing a door broken down due to a drug dealer in the home. Really?

HE was not known drug dealer and he did not sell from my home
and when my father worked for the police yes it was back in my country and yes it was done differently there because we didn't know about drugs 23 years ago, I mean in my country

Yes they came and found out that my kids have a normal life and I'm not one of those mums who just leave their kids out and they spend all afternoon in the local pub

They had four minutes in which to open the door but failed to do so. That says it all.

What you describe is far from normal.
