Logic people he is wrong he broke the law it obvious
Police were wrong as well that's it, end of this

Let's see. If the police had broken down your door by mistake thinking your innocent child was guilty of dealing drugs, then yes, the Police would have wrong and would be responsible for paying.

If the police breaks the door because a criminal is inside and they believed that there was a high risk of them asconding if they just knocked on the door and ask for them, then they certainly did the right thing.

I'm quite curious as to why you haven't once mentioned the fact that maybe your SON should be the one paying for the door?

people I'm not expecting sympathy, and is not that I don't take responsibility for my sons actions and Im repeating my self over and over I had suspicions I did not know for sure is he dealing or not, and no I don't think they should have given me 7 days notice, and there it comes again, talk about Police Intelligence, Did They found anything???? from ( Im not sure my self) some on line say they raided 19 houses some say 22, only 1 boy had some drugs and 150 cash, the other 1 had some weed, from all that Police Operation what did they get out??? And don't you people think if they raided Big Fishes what will they get in their???
And our kids would have been free of drugs,. And talk about racism, I did not want to mention this because I don't know for sure but it is on the back of my mind, from all those boys who were arrested that day,19 or 22 most of them were from this estate and after couple of days I heard people talking that only the doors from us foreigners have been smashed down, and i asked why how come, they said probably because those boys English ones one of them has a mother who has a heart condition the other one his dad is sick the other one his grandmother is sick and so on. Ok maybe, because I remember how my heart was beating that day and I was thinking thank god I have a strong heart otherwise i would've got an heart attack, and they knocked on their doors and waited for them to wake up and open the door for them!!!
So anyone out there want to say that Im just trying to get out of paying is totally wrong,Im just feeling that that was not rightful,. And for my son I cant just give up on him, he had me on his case and see what he did what will he become If I give up on him, but I can see that this was a lesson for him every time I go to see him what he says it makes me believe that this is it, he said last time I saw him Im sorry for what I put you through and if I come out of here I will do whatever you tell me to do, he just was stupid and he had to learn the hard way.

    Will they deport him?

The new Immigration Act that became law in May 2014, makes it even easier for the government to remove UK citizenship from immigrants. One of the many other things that new Act addresses is that it closes down a lot of the Human Rights Act sections that immigrants used to try to stay in the UK. Some can now be deported without an appeal in the UK and will then have to appeal that decision from their own country.

The new criminalty laws can stop (prison terms) or they can delay UK citizenship. These include some driving offences i.e. driving without insurance; driving on an incorrect licence; using a molble phone while driving; dangerous driving etc.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

You're only being asked to contribute 1/3rd of the cost of replacing a door. Consider yourself lucky.

There are some doors the Police are knocking on, to tell parents their kids are dead because they took drugs. Consider yourself lucky.

No unfortunately no, he was born here and his dad is British

There have been people who have had their UK citizenship removed if they born in the UK to parents who applied to naturalise as a UK citizen. That was under the old laws.

People keep in mind that he was 17 immature and easily influenced by his friends,.I hope to god none of you have to go through something like this (if you have kids) and never ever say my child would never do something like this,. And yes I was here to tell him about a job and I did made him to apply for some jobs and he had 2 interviews to go to before he got arrested,,And yes they had to use a chain saw and to be honest I was impressed with this door It always looked cheap door to me and as Im on the ground floor I was always scared but it proved me wrong, even the glass didn't brake,,. And about the payment for the door It has nothing to do with the TAX PAYERS MONEY, because is not just you ENGLISH people who work in this country, his dad works 6 days a week, Im just angry like I said most of belgrave police station they knew me I have no private life everything revolves around my kids I was always out around them just to try and make sure he don't do something wrong,But it was not enough,.

What so only English people pay tax?

I wish I could get a subsidised flat in Pimlico.

Apparently the area has become a lot nicer recently as the Police have taken a broom and swept out some filth.
