I wasn't referring to the "What you need to know about the enfarcement process" letter.

I was referring to, the form they "forced" you to sign, on your doorstep.

Shame you weren't there as you would know the doorstep form has a similar paragraph on it
As I've said I'm talking from ACTUAL experience NOT assumptions

Because IF that is correct Seems you NEED to send them PROOF

I don't NEED to send them anything.

Innocent until proven guilty, and all that.
I guess they just don't believe you ????

And that concerns me how exactly

In fact, they don't trust anyone.
TV Licensing works on the assumption that every UK household requires a Licence, and then ‘discount’ addresses where we are notified that television receiving equipment is not installed or in use.

The doorstep form has a paragraph, explaining the enfarcement process?

I've seen enough TVL178s, to know how they work.

Rem TVL believe they are above the law sadly

Let me know when you get your court date as I'm sure is not far off if you ignore the letter you put on here

I agree with that bit lol

I don't know the number I might just dig out the copy he left
I'm beginning to wonder if now or in your past you WERE one of those doorstep enforcers ?

    You agree with what?

Innocent until proven guilty, or with them assuming all unlicensed addresses are evading?

Of all the companies I have worked for, over the years, BBC/TVL/Capita are most assuredly not among them.

I'm only glad when I ran my business I treated ALL my customers fairly and remembered Without customers there is no business
TVL of course have a trapped ( in more than one sense ) audience sadly

Still not sure what you mean.

You agree they don't trust anyone, or you agree they are right not to trust anyone?
