I've not had one yet! But it's due to the fear that once I start I won't be able to stop!I want to be a writer0

So, made training again this morning! Exhausting as he really pushed me but glad I went
It's just really nice to have a focus again
Got no work (well, unless emails have come in overnight) so at least can get some personal admin doneI want to be a writer0 -
So, been a strange few days! Went on second date with the bloke last thurs and was really nice - had some dinner and a drink after then back to his for coffee and it was just coffee (and a cheeky kiss goodbye!). Unlike last time he's not mentioned meeting again but he did know I was busy all weekend then heading off for Xmas until next mon and he's been in touch by text every couple of days. So this time just gonna go with the flow. I like him and I fancy him so if he feels same hell ask again and if he doesn't he won't and next!
Have had zero work which is worrying and de-motivating. That is stressful in it's own way! Working 30th, 31st and 2nd. Hoping it picks up in the new year though not to the same level it has been this year!
Running and training taken a bit of a backseat the last 10 days or so, partly because I've had various ailments and now because where I am it's been snowing so dad says I shouldn't go out and run! I will get back on track when I get home next week but I have been getting lots of rest and sleep here which is good
Was about 213 O/D for the month but largely cos I had to renew insurance on my let property and also Xmas shopping but mum and dad were v generous so I now have a colossal cheque and not sure whether to just save it all or save some and spend some and if so, on what
I AM going to be more frugal in the new year and try not to go out as much!!I want to be a writer0 -
Nice to see you back Lulabelle. Sounds like you are keeping positive, despite a few little niggles. :T Roll on 2015 and a great New Year xxOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

So, got back to blights Monday morning and had my nails done and a massage - bliss.
Worked yesterday but so quiet it's not fun but I suspect a lot of people the same this time of year
Was heading home for a run last night when friends hubby called to say they were having some dinner in town and did I fancy it. So I did and our other friends joined us - lovely to see them all but several bottles of wine later and I didn't sleep a wink! Still got up for training though and glad I did
Working today and have lunch out for a friends birthday. Hoping they shut the offices early
NYE plans have gone somehow t1tsup! Friend of a friend was going to have people to his but everyone cried off so it was going to be me, him and her. She likes him and they're close and I feel it would be awkward so given I've not slept and am knackered and hate NYE anyway I've suggested I just stay in by myself and she goes to his - she's read my message but not responded, hope she's not p1ssed off
I just fancy going to shop and getting some nice food (and dessert!) and sitting at home on sofa with cat watching 24 and getting an early night with no booze as I want to run and clean and cook a roast tomorrow
Have a 3rd date with the bloke on fri night - this time he's upped the anti and suggested my fave restaurant and booked it. Trying not to get hopes up but he is very hot and good company
Finally, given the title of my diary, do I start a new one for 2015?!I want to be a writer0 -
Happy new year everyone!
Hope you all had a fantastic end to 2014. To those who have had a good 2014, i hope 2015 is at least as good. To those who would rather draw a big fat line under 2014, remember nothing stays the same forever and I hope. 2015 is better.
I half stayed in last night - we closed at 3 so went to meet the friend I was supposed to be spending NYE with down the pub. We ended up staying until about 915 when we got fed up idiotic boys buying drinks we had clearly said we didn't want - we just wanted to have a quiet chat and reflect on 2014 and kept being interrupted with jaeger bombs (which we refused to drink, sensibly). Then I got a take out and was in bed for 10!
Still didn't sleep though which I'm guessing is down to the booze I drank over the afternoon (we weren't hammered or even tipsy really, just had a few).
Friends hubby asked if wanted to go for a walk and boat ride with them today. I had said yes last night but have messaged to say will give it a miss as I really need to catch up on my sleep. Have hot date tomorrow night and then away at weekend for a girls weekend so that will be not much sleep
Today am going to try to clean the house and make it a nicer place to be. I love my house when it's tidy! Then will try to run later on as I must must must get on with this half marathon training or I'll never make it!
Oh and last night cost only £30 which was great and that included my take away, the other half of which I can have for lunch! Frugal for NYE!!!I want to be a writer0 -

Hey Lulabelle, don't post often, but always read your diary - missing your posts, hope you're ok x0

Awwww, thanks MC, very sweet of you
I'm ok, just been a busy few days. Friday I worked then went on third date. It was really nice. He took me to my favourite restaurant then we came back here and watched a film/drank more wine. I like him. He's hot and we have the same sense of humour. So we shall see. He's asked me to go round to his Wednesday night. Am presuming he's cooking. I'm just trying to take it slow/not get hopes up after all the disappointment I've had recently and I also don't know if he's messaging/dating other girls. I get the impression he's not as he told one of his friends to stay away from me on the website and he's also told his closest friends about me but we shall see
I then went away for a girlie weekend sat morning which was great but exhausting as lots of drinking involved
Meant a tired and less than productive day at work yesterday (even though didn't touch a drop Sunday) but part of that is my not being motivated as they're not really giving me any work. I have to do something about that
Ran last night! Was sooooo hard and tried to talk self out of it several times but did it! Only 2 miles which almost killed me but I did it
Up now for training. Again, felt like cancelling but am up. I slept well the last 2 nights but think that am still catching up from the weekend (zags didn't get much sleep Friday night either)
Tonight is a small supermarket shop and fake tan in prep for tomorrow night! Weekend was not frugal as you can imagine but enjoyed it and going to try not to go out too much for the rest of the monthI want to be a writer0 -
Phew, so glad your ok, I was worried you'd run off and eloped lol! Sounds good on the hot man front, sounds like he could be one of the good guys. Think your right to take it slow and steady, and not get your hopes up, and looks like its working out :0)
And good news on the run, I've still not managed it, but am going to the gym and doing a few classes.
Hope tomorrow goes well, keep us posted ;0) x0
