Thanks SS, it's really annoying as I want to exercise as know that will make me feel better and sleep better but I fear I'm too poorly to do so and could make myself worse!!

Currently sat on sofa in a onesie under a blanket with the heating on

Hoping I can get through what I need to at work but it's so hard as feel so rubbish!

Hoping if can get to weekend and just rest I will feel better next week

So I slept a little better last night - woke at 2:38 but then managed to get back to sleep until cat woke me up about 5:30 wanting to go out then went back to sleep until I had to get up

Feeling a little better today so am hoping this illness is on it's way out. Have a very difficult day - meeting at 930 on a new case and have to read a load of cases and do a skeleton argument this afternoon - both on things I don't have a clue about!

Cannot wait for this weekend. Am going to stay in and organise all my paperwork as have tax returns going back years I need to get done. Might clean house and bake too. Am also going to read. Just want to rest and potter around

Going to docs tomoz as feeling like this for so long (about 10'days) is surely not normal?!

So spent £4.60 today but only cos I met another lawyer for coffee - was asking him for help on something and so felt it was only fair and the hour I spent with him was well worth it

Even stayed late at work tonight for first time in ages

Still feeling awful though. Also have abdominal pain and still abnormal bleeding :(

    Right, so update.

Decoded to fully own the decisions I've made recently, take responsibility for them and learn from them

I didn't go out at all during the week last week, nor on Friday night and did not touch a drop of alcohol. Notwithstanding this seemingly viral illness it felt good waking up sat morning with a clear head and no hangover

Went out sat night for a few but didn't get into my usual wrecked state so whilst I felt it a little on Sunday I at least did not have the fear (arising from memory loss) I usually have

Went to trainer yesterday morning and though my muscles are killing me today am glad I went. I would have run tonight but I had to go to docs for more tests and she told me to take a diazepam beforehand so couldn't run after but have training tomorrow morning

Decided to take control of the man situ also. Whilst a lot of what has happened is down to their behaviour some of it must be to do with mine. I've been contributing to matters by basically not having enough respect for myself (probs because I think I'm not good enough/deserving) and allowing them to just take what they want when they haven't earned it. Well, no more. Unless they make an effort to actually have a date with me then they don't even get the pleasure of my company for a drink. This new attitude has led to me already sacking off two blokes who have not made the requisite effort/messed me about

An ex of mine messaged me on fb (bearing in mind he's with someone) saying he was really horny and wished I was there. I sent him a message saying I was sick of men thinking I was a good time girl, a bimbo and a piece of meat and not to message me in those terms. He very sheepishly apologised

    No more!!!!!!!
