Hi giblet. The answer is, I'm not sure. But if I find I can't then I might just give notice and get a part time job or something.
I just don't want this for myself anymore. I'm losing my hair due to the stress. I might just look for something else anyway and give noticeI want to be a writer0 -
Then it's definitely time...I'm sure you can make it work. Nothing is worth that xDebt remaining:
Mortgage - £117,759 (£134,600, Nov 2013)
Work overpayment and home improvement loan paid back (£19200)

I'm tempted to sell up and move back to north west near my parents and rest of my family
But I'd have a lot to sort first - sell this place, sell place in London (to avoid CGT) and I would miss my friends
Hoping my 2 week holiday will help
Tempted to ask if can take a month off and just spend it relaxing and studying but I don't think that will be allowedI want to be a writer0 -
Everything can be sorted Lulabelle. it can be done and as you have managed to get through this trial (both figuratively and literally!) than you can do it.

Take some time to think it all through Lulabelle, you have been working very hard and under a lot of pressure. As you say, you are about to have some holiday so make the most of it and regroup.
You can make the changes you want, but take the time to decide the right path to take towards them
Good luck xxxHoping to stick to the challenge this year!!

Trial now running into next week. Has made me a little down
On a more positive note, had dinner with best mate which was lovely although spent £25! Annoying but I just wanted to go out. Seeing him tomorrow at a dinner with our close group
Have changed mind again re masters - just think working full time and 30 hours study a week is suicidal
Have training at 6am which is a bonus. I can't wait for the weekend - so tiredI want to be a writer0 -
Missed training as was too tired -£30 down the drain
One last push before 3 days off. Am so in need of it
Talking to a boy online. He's the brother if one of my ex's mates and was introduced to him at his mothers 60th when was with the ex. He lives in next street to me so I have to pass his house every day to get to work or to my car. This time am not getting hopes up - just chatting. Plus, I go away next sat and don't want to be thinking about any boys - want to party
Am just really looking forward to getting my house cleaned and sorted this weekend and having downtime with books and movies and no bloody work!I want to be a writer0 -
Trial now running into Wednesday!
just so sick of this. On the plus side I don't have to work this weekend as big boss man pretty much knows where he's going with things.
Went for dinner with friends last night and got quite drunk - spent another fortune as they picked expensive wine. It does worry me because I don't have debts any more but I have had them in the past (hence I come on here to keep self on straight and narrow) and if I'm going to change career I ought to be saving as much as possible as it's also possible I'll need to take a year off unpaid to get experience. That said, I also think I ought to enjoy myself now whilst I can and I don't have any dependents and it's looking likely I never will have so only have to worry about me
I'm hungover today which am annoyed about as wanted to get things for my holiday. Having highlights done at 3 which is most needed
Going to have a night in with a takeaway tonight and watch a film
Friend wanted me to play softball tomorrow but I've decided not to as just want to chill out at home and also they're all going out after so will end up being expensive and then Monday a write off and won't have got any chores done and I really want to sort out my laundry and things to take on holiday and clean my house as it's a really nice place to live when it's cleanI want to be a writer0 -
So, I've been wild this morning! Pizza and dime bar dairy milk for breakfast - woo hoo! One of the positives of being single is that I can lounge around doing what I want when I want and eating what I want. When I was engaged 5.5 years ago I'd never have been "allowed" to stay in bed of a morning (I wasn't "allowed" a tv in our bedroom) now I'm in bed watching gossip girl on my ipad - woo hoo!
I do like being single for this reason - no one nagging me to get things done and can just chill outI want to be a writer0 -
Spent a bit yesterday. Really wanted a large coffee to have in the hairdressers so that was £3. Then had highlights done and hair blow dried (have to go back for cut on thurs as they couldn't fit a cut in too) but hadn't had those done since March (most unusual for me to let it go that long) and off on hols on sat so really was needed and feel and look better for it. That was £73. Then spent just over £40 in WR despite not buying much really. I hadn't gone in with a list and just made it up as I went along!
Anyway, I stayed in last night and am staying in rest of weekend so won't spend anything else (well, I need an apple for cooking but apart from that) so not too bad. Lunch will be provided tues and then I have stuff for evening so won't spend then and then we get paid on Wednesday so am into new months budget
Felt a bit naughty as stayed up late last night watching movies on netflix! I rarely stay up late (was 2am when went to bed) but I've nothing to do this weekend (but I do need to clean) so feel like it's acceptable!!I want to be a writer0
