Sorry to hear that you have been unwell - we've got long lasting colds and sore throats here.
There is no hurry at all with anything financial now - MCS seem to be ticking along nicely with their £1 per month! And I'm very grateful for everything you've sorted out so far.
I've just got back from holiday myself - I went to Devon where Mum and Dad are staying this week as it was the ex's long weekend with the boys.

Oo-er! Just been to Birmingham on the train for our half term trip. I'm worn out now, but the boys are playing "Jackie Chan" which involves standing on my bed, shouting "Jackie Chan" then falling over.....

"Dear
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the telephone calls that I have received from your company.
I am now formally requesting that all further correspondence be made in writing only.
Can I remind you that under the Section 2.2 of the OFT guidelines examples of unfair practice include:
f. 'contacting debtors at unreasonable times'
g. 'ignoring or disregarding debtors' legitimate wishes in respect of when and where to contact them...........'
I demand that these phone calls stop immediately. I am familiar with the terms of Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1970 and I believe your harassment places you in breach of these acts.
If you continue to call, you will also be in breach of the Wireless Telegraphy Act (1949) and, as such, I will report you to both Trading Standards and The Office of Fair Trading.
Take further note that continued telephone calls after the receipt of a request not to call may constitute a criminal offence under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.
You will be deemed to have been served notice of my request and I will deem it served by (FULL DATE), I am advising you that any calls received after this date will be recorded with the intention of them being used as evidence.
Yours faithfully,If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thanks, RAS I've sent the anti-telephone letter (few months ago now) and they have been good - until today!
Unbelievably, after my telling them off on the phone at 4ish, where I mentioned the anti-telephone letter, they have just phoned AGAIN!!! So that was about 5.40. :-(

P.S I wonder if there is a note on my file that says "Caution, this customer uses a posher voice and longer and longer words the more annoyed she gets".....0 -
