Right last post on the old thread. I've been rubbish. I've wasted the whole summer, and actually put on 1 stone in the last 3 weeks. WOW. That's going some even for me. But, that's it. Over. No more. A line is now being drawn. And I for one am now gonna get my self together and stop pratting around and just DO IT FOR GOD SAKE!!!!!

Yippee! Another 1lb off. :T this is slow but sure, but it's coming off.
It's going to take me ages. I just wish I could have a nice surprise sometime with a 3 or 4 lb loss . Anyway, congratulations to everyone who has lost and encouragements to those who have stayed the same or who have gained.it will happen just keep trying. Just think about what you can eat on SW at least it's healthy and not a crash diet. :T :T :T

Can I join the Challenge please. I'm only go for 8lbs because its my 40th birthday early October and I'm having two meals (One up the Shard :) ) and there will be lots of cake and drink lol.

I lost 2lbs this week which I'm really pleased with. Yesterday, and for the first time, I made the speed soup. OMG it made so much I had to use my preserving pan. I accidently knocked a substantial amount of chilli powder in it and now its rocket fuel so I'm going to have to water it down a bit somehow....probably more beans and tomatoes.

Sorry I have been missing in action. Was ill on Saturday - from both ends! All I kept down was 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a small bowl of shop bought rice pudding.

Felt better yesterday so went to a posh do and gala dinner and was bad bad bad, vodka, wine, chocolate fondants, peppercorn sauce, crisps!

Today I have been ill again. - and so far I have had a chicken mugshot and a packet of quavers.

I will be reporting in for weigh in Wednesday morning then off for my holidays to Rhodes for a week.

Reporting back on the SW Scotch Eggs - pleased to report they were a success. DS used the Sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Sausages (1 syn each on EE) as per the recipe but we are going to try them next time with the 5% lean beef mince or turkey to get the syns down a little bit. They were coated in crushed Scan Bran and it was a bit of a stretch to get all the eggs covered. It said we needed 3 eggs for coating the eggs before rolling in Scan Bran and in all honesty I think 1 egg would have been sufficient. Overall they were a success and DS said he much preferred them to shop bought ones. ;)

Plan for the week - PLAN AHEAD ;)

I made these with the low fat frozen quorn sausages. Just defrost them, peel skin off and use like sausage meat.

I also used dry instant mash, rather than scan bran

So i think this makes them free on EE
