Its a STS for me please! Did 7 miles training this morning for the Great North Run next weekend; if anyone would like to make any donations to the NECCR (childrens cancer charity in the North East), just let me know and I can pass on my JustGiving fundraising page. I'm running for the charity as my friends little boy was diagnosed with leukaemia when he was a baby...Debt free 2018

I can't find it on the HEB list (although I'm sure someone says that it is). For syns it's 4 for Medium slice, 4.5 for Thick and 7 for a roll.
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk
L: probably JP with cottage cheese and beetrootlamb rogan josh with pilau rice and SW chips
Syns: I think it's 4 for the curry and just 0,5 for the rice (half an Aldi micro pouch) plus scrape of spread on toast. And, of course, weekend wine!
I may change to a Green day as there's minimal meat in the curry and then I don't need to go searching for SFs.
DD2 (lives 30 miles away but in the area today) was meant to be calling in for a coffee but it's well past coffee time and she's not here so no idea when I'm going to get some lunch!!

Stood on scales today and it said lo, now its either laughing at me or needs new battery
Searched for battery, know they are here somewhere but no joy so no WI. Will have to go to the Range to get more and WI tomorrow.
Son is taking us to cinema later to watch Guardians of the Galaxy, we are to buy popcorn. I probably wont have any as didn't enjoy them last time but really fancy some doritos so might grab a bag to take with us. Hopefully keeping within syns.
Happy belated Birthday Beanie :bdaycake: and anyone else with a Birthday :bdaycake:, syn free cake :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Ha Ha you're all comedians! Taking the micky out of my new whippets name! Anyway I'm just having Norman, as Stanley staying with his mum. I thought Rodney would be too stressed to be bombarded with 2 new friends so I'm just sticking to my original plan and having one. I nearly asked for three so it was a good job someone talked sense into me.
How about 'Be Awesome in Autumn with SW'? I think that's what we called it last year? Or maybe the year before??
