I WI today and have gained 1lb. Hopefully it is weight gain caused by me having had an allergic reaction to something. Still lots of rash and swelling of torso and legs. Luckily face is okay
I have been asked to write down everything I ate on Wednesday by the doctor. Luckily I have my SW diary. Still don't know what caused it but I am a very alllergic person
Hoping it wasn't the rhubarb as I cooked loads and froze it
Today I have had just two meals again. I don't seem to remember to eat when I am busy..
Breakfast was scrambled egg, GF toast (HEB)and baked beans.
Dinner smoked haddock risotto with loads of vegetables.
Milk (HEA) in tea
John Lewis cafe flapjack ? syns
1 glass red wine (4.5 syns)business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Wishing everyone a lovely weekend.
Lazy day at home today.
I had the idea of bacon, eggs, beans for breakfast (have been having it a bit while I have the time in the holidays).Well,we had no bacon, the kids all decided they would like eggs for breakfast,so I had a plate of beans.Followed by honeydew melon and an apple.
For lunch had Batchelors rice (curry flavour) followed by more melon.
For tea the rest of the family had chippy tea (cos I didn't feel like cooking).Later I had jacket potato with beans and cheese (HEA).
Later I will have Alpens with cup of tea.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

It's been very interesting reading tonight (and took me ages :rotfl:)
Frogga, think we were just going to run the challenge on this thread but if you want to think up one of your fab names for the new autumn/winter challenge then go ahead and I'll set a new thread up on Monday...
On my iPad tonight so can't do my usual trick of nipping back to remember what everyone said so I'll just say hope everyone is ok, and is set for the weekend xx
Off to read the magazine now for some inspiration!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Didn't eat in the end, was too stuffed from tea. But yes I can just eat 2 squares (as long as that's all that's left) :rotfl:

Me neither. When did that sneak up on you beanie??
Many happy returns for whenever!!!
P.S. Very Lazy Garlic was on special today in my Aldi at £1 a jar. Saving on most SMs of 50p. Unless I need whole cloves for roasting I use this in all casserole type meals.0 -
That's great Frogga, welcome to your new pups! Although you need to get 3 now so you can have a Fletcher
Funny eh, Norman Stanley Fletcher was the first thing I thought of too. :T
I'm feeling quite the slinky malinky today with 1.5lb loss this week please Annie. I'm more than happy with total of 9lbs lost over the seven weeks since I joined this thread and thanks Annie for all your hard work keeping tabs on us.
Shala - can you please put my target as 5lb loss for the Autumn challenge. That will get me back to a total loss of one stone and the weight I was about ten years ago - I'll see how I feel when I get there but at the moment I don't think I want to go any lower than that.
No plan as such for today but I have certainly noticed the difference in contents of my fridge and freezer over the past few weeks - there's mainly meat in the freezer and veg in the fridge, so not too may opportunities to go off the rails unless I get desperate and do some baking.Mortgage
Start January 2017: $268,012
Latest balance $266,734
Reduction: $1,278.450 -

I've heard so much about the fryers, Tefal, Philips but didn't know Breville had one. When autumn arrives we live out of the slow cooker, and that takes up far to much counter top. I'd worry I'd have no counter left. Even though I would live on about twice as many sw chips. So tell me, do these new fangled contraptions work?
Frogga: Don't look at anything as wasted, its a pit of comfort eating doom that way.I'm very cynical about things too, but I find that tends to get worse as my stress levels increase - which is also related to the silly eating circle. So I try to see beyond it.
TIE: Please can I have your chocolate eating secret? 2 squares, just 2 is impossible for me. Even if thats the last of the bar, it sets off the sugar craving and anything in the kids sweet tin is game then.
beanielou - Birthdays are all about gains, I hope you enjoyed yourself.
poohbear59 - hope you are feeling better after that reaction. I know a few people allergic to rhubarb though. You could always dish out apple crumble to the neighbours...:D
tazzyb, greentiger. I tried online earlier this year and found that I could get all that you get for £20 a month, right here on MSEperhaps if there was an online support forum or something as part of it. But then, if you can get all the help online that you can get in group, the business model would fail.
Annnnyhow...!
Today's my first WI since getting back on the wagon. I don't think I've been as nervous as I was this morning. Considering how many times I'd strayed from the path...:(
-3lb
:T:eek: I know it's not a great big amount, but heck I am so freaking chuffed!
Baileys it is then tonight

Morning
I have fell off the wagon big time this week - dont know why or begin to figure out what caused itshall be drawing a line under it anyway
Monday I'm getting back on it with a vengeance - going to try to have a good weekend though
I think my sw group pressures me a bit too much sometimes and I rebelie I was 4lb away from getting back to my 5 stone and felt a bit pressured hohum
I do feel a bit of a prize pig at fat club but then if it makes someone come back its worth it really
Woty has pressured me lol
As an aside I've noticed when I'm on plan my losses aren't what they used to be? And my body doesn't do what it used to pre my op... So I googled and apparently quite a few people have struggled to lose weight after the same op
Pah

WI this morning and its a STS  I'm relieved its not a gain, but still disappointed.
Will just have to plod on. One thing being away highlighted was my portion sizes were too big. I have cut down since getting home but still not showing on the scales even though I've felt slightly hungrier. I'm away (yet again) from Thursday until Sunday next week, taking DS to visit Uni's, so don't know when I will weigh in. We are self catering whilst away so should be able to control what I eat.
