Usually have black tea and more often than not my coffee is black. Sometimes have some feta cheese with ryvitas and little toms and olives (8 for 1 syn).
Since my last post DH has made me some porridge HebB and used some of the Almond Milk to make it. I haven't had my full allowance of the milk (875mls for HexA) at least it has nearly ticked the box

Well done all of you, whether you're losing or struggling. If you're here, then you are making an effort.
I'm still not quite "in the zone", and I'm hanging on by the skin of my teeth to STS - again. Thanks Annie for keeping the chart, although I've had a less than sparkling 8 weeks.
Shala, I will join the new challenge, if you'll let me - and try to shift the 8lbs I hung on to last time.
I've given up my online membership too, so I'll need you all, more than ever. I know I will miss being able to check syns online, especially as I'm still ploughing my way through the contents of my cupboards and freezer, which are not as SW friendly as I really need them to be.
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Hi all!
Still here after my holiday but struggling a bit due to serious and unexpected family illness ... Not put on, but not lost either, and struggling with motivation, but being stubborn too....
Not ideal, I wont make my 10lb target, but I have managed to sustain the 6lb loss so far, and in the spirit of things, I will be pleased with that rather than being disappointed that I havent done well enough....
Well done to all, I will keep dipping in as time allows, though I may be away from home helping elsewhere for a bit
Shala - please put me down for -6lbs for the next challenge and I will try my best
RxSW Challenge summer 2014 - lose 10lb - 6/10 :j0 -

I weighed in last night and I lost an incredible 5.5lb, this is incredible anyway but considering whilst on holiday I had a few off plan meals and puddings I am really please.
Also I got my club 10 last night as well.
Today so far has been
B- Yogurt and frozen berries
L- Pasta salad with mushrooms, onions, peppers and tuna
HEA and HEB Small cheese salad roll
Dinner is pulled pork and rice not sure how I can get the 1/3 SF with this any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Shell - well done, fantastic loss especially after a holiday. Just hope I can do as well after my holiday!
Probably too late but I would perhaps have a salad with the pulled pork or maybe have veg soup as a starter and/or fruit for dessert.mrsiwannabefree wrote: »Hi
I'm re-joining SW tonight after a long break away from plan! I'm dreading the result tonight but I'm positive that it will be the last time I see that number on the scales.
I do struggle with what to have for breakfast, the only thing that really fills me up until lunchtime is eggs on toast or a SW version of a cooked breakfast, if I have cereal or fruit & yogurt I'm always hungry again by 10.30!
I think I really need to sit and re-read the books over the next couple of days as sometimes I think I know the plan but realise I'm not 100% clued up lol
Hope to get to know you all over the coming weeks
Leigh
I'm exactly the same so I usually have something involving eggs - scrambled eggs on toast; full fry up; mushroom and/or bacon omlette etc.greentiger wrote: »Well done all of you, whether you're losing or struggling. If you're here, then you are making an effort.

If you need to know the syns of something you can always ask on here, someone will spot it and post the syns for you.
Good luck with following the plan on your own.

Decided the previous post was long enough without posting my menu for today!
I'm using stuff up before going off to France this afternoon.
B - Mushroom omlette; fruit
L - LO veg curry & rice
D - HM cornish pasty:eek: - will definitely blow all the syns but it's something easy to eat on the way!
Have nearly eaten all the fruit - just 4 plums and a banana left now; not sure I'll be able to eat all 4 plums but I'll certainly give it a go:rotfl:.

Rosie Rosebud - You can always really on me to be bold!!! :rotfl:
You definitely have to have treats and times off - its the only way to stay sane. Just don't go completely off the rails. A little of what you fancy never did anybody any harm - its just keeping it to a little - there is a fine line between that and reverting to old ways!!
I made the mushroom carbonara last night as well and it was lovely.
Rite announcement time - I had 2 lbs on last night. Not really surprising after my blatantly bold behaviour over the last 2 weeks. I've probably eaten more fried chips in the last 2 weeks than I have eaten in my entire 16 months at SW. Time to get serious again.......It was a stark reminder that I cannot eat what I want and throw caution to the wind lol.
Back on it 100 % today. I want 3 off for Thursday to take me down to 1 below my weight last week. I also have woman of the year competition next sunday and definitely don't want to be heading to that with a gain. My before and after pics are also going to be plopping through the letterboxes in our local rag next week and I need to be feeling good or my head will melt............. :rotfl:
Today is looking like this
B: Pineapple & Muller
L: Leftover carbonara, rocket and tomatoesBaked Salmon with Sugar snap peas and other veg tbc lol
No alcoholic beverages shall pass my lips this evening lol Saturday night I can't promise but it will be gin and slim only.
Gym tonight
Least I have stopped dreaming of Pizza and red wine now - not really sure what that was about as I was never a big fan of either! !!!!:eek:0
