Morning
I'm dithering over whether to make soup today as it's supposed to warm up in the next few days  Managed to get some lentils in H0me Bargains yesterday (69p for 500g).
Green day:
B - 2 x chocolate Weetabix (HEB1 + 2 syns), raspberries, blueberries, unsweetened almond milk (part HEA1)
L - baked potato, cottage cheese & salad
D - HM veggie pasta, grated cheese (HEA2), wholemeal pitta (HEB2) & salad
Victoria plums & a clementine for snacks. Will also have a bowl of soup if I decide to make it.
I warmed my breakfast up in the microwave this morning & it was yum, I really like the chocolate Weetabix.
shala, hope you get a better night's sleep tonight. Have you tried drinking a bit of warmed milk before you go to bed, it's supposed to help you drift off.
Off to get my Daily Mirror for the £5 off Ald1 voucher now, it pays for a bottle of wine'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
I have lost my way a bit this past week, work has been crazy busy and I've not had a chance to track syns for everything I've eaten; although I have tried to stick to plan.
Today I had:
B. Yoghurt, half teaspoon honey and a banana
L. HM Chicken and Veggie Soup
D. Ham, mushroom, onion and tomato omelette with bread and butter plus a handful of oven chips.
Snacks; Apple and Satsuma
I'll be back in for the next round please Shala I'll let you know my target after I weigh myself on Saturday morning.Mortgage
Start January 2017: $268,012
Latest balance $266,734
Reduction: $1,278.450 -
Well done to all the losers! :T
I am going to an all inclusive hotel in Majorca next Friday for two weeks. We stayed there last year and I know there will be plenty of SW friendly food, but it's great hearing all your tips! It'll be the booze that will be my downfall! :rotfl: My OH goes for a long swim each day as he loves being in the sea, so I'm planning to go with him to get some exercise in!
Today's food:
B - Bacon, eggs, tomato - OH made this and fried the eggs, doh! 4 syns for the oil.
L - SW quiche and salad
D - HM burger in bun (HEB) with low fat soft cheese (1/2 HEA), potato wedges and salad
Snacks - fruit, low fat yogurt
Other 1/2 HEA on milk.0 -

B- Yogurt and frozen berries
L- Pasta salad with mushrooms, onions, peppers and tuna
HEA and HEB Small cheese salad roll
Dinner is pulled pork and rice not sure how I can get the 1/3 SF with this any ideas?

That's what I've been doing lately shala. Its so damned frustrating and then when its time to get up you feel as though you could drop off then. :mad:shell_belle wrote: »Well done to all the other losers

Great loss too tweets. :T
Will have to be careful for the rest of the day as we took a friend to hospital and found ourselves in M&S Cafe at lunchtime. She had a voucher for a free Afternoon Tea which she got plus an extra cuppa to share between three of us. I restrained myself and had a quarter of egg mayo sarnie and a quarter of fruit scone - mind you it had a little bit of butter, a thin skim of jam and a teaspoon of cream and a couple of cups of tea. When I got home I had the last bowl of Speed Soup. Planning on having liver with onions and loads of veggies tonight.

Hi
I'm re-joining SW tonight after a long break away from plan! I'm dreading the result tonight but I'm positive that it will be the last time I see that number on the scales.
I do struggle with what to have for breakfast, the only thing that really fills me up until lunchtime is eggs on toast or a SW version of a cooked breakfast, if I have cereal or fruit & yogurt I'm always hungry again by 10.30!
I think I really need to sit and re-read the books over the next couple of days as sometimes I think I know the plan but realise I'm not 100% clued up lol
Hope to get to know you all over the coming weeks
