Great sales tazzy. Hope the soup eases the dress for next weekend. ;) Keep meaning to give this soup a try but never seem to get round to it. :(

    First weigh-in this morning & I lost 6lbs :D

    Another Green day today:

    B - branflakes (HEB1), banana, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
    L - loaded potato skins (HEA1 cheese) & salad
    D - HM veggie pasta, cheese (HEA2), salad & wholemeal pitta (HEB2)

I think I forgot to post yesterday but I've had the same (Groundhog Day) menu for the last 3 days ~ just me being lazy :o

Hope everyone has a good day.

  • Ok. another day passes without breaking the syn ceiling.
Using up the left over beef for a curry this evening.
Lunch is looking like it might need to be a warming potato and something else soup. Best fire up the slow cooker for that.

I know I'll get shouted at, but the weather outside puts me in the mood for Christmas shopping. :/ Instead I shall be school uniform shopping.
At the moment I am so busy falling over all the kids summer chaos, I'll have to have a clear out. It's just a case of where to start!

I hope you all have a fab bank holiday. TIE hope your feeling better soon.

  • outoffunds I'm sorry to hear about your DH. I'm a carer for my DH after a brain injury, and I know how easy it is to forget about yourself when you are looking after someone else, or to comfort eat your way through it! I hope your DH perks up soon. Take care of you Xx

pink poppy, brilliant loss, well done!!

    Today's green day;

B - 35g sultana bran (HEB1), blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana and a mullerlight.

L - home made veg and lentil soup, wholemeal bread (HEB2)

D - pasta with chunky veg chilli sauce, covered with HeA of cheese.

Really hoping for 3lbs off this week (might be a big ask after 5.5lbs last week) to get my 3 stone award which I've been trying for since my 2.5st in April!!

Well, after my WI it seems that I have STS it's a disappointment I know, but, can't be helped. One consolation is that my clothes feel slacker.
I will have to try harder.:( :(

Just a flying visit as busy today - going to sort out the loft:eek:.

    A red day today:

    B - bacon sandwich - HEB + 3.5 for butter & sauce
L - LO roast pork; fried up roasted veg; jacket potato (HEB)
D - stuffed courgette (again!) topped with cheese (HEA)

    Other HEA will be milk.

Will probably have a fruit split this evening - 3 syns.

Need to cut back on the syns for the next few days as had far too many over the weekend - including about 10 for a white crusty roll!
