premier parking logistics... help

Dear all,
Last Saturday was issued two PCN fines. Can someone help with action I need to take.
1st ticket for transferable ticket. Basically not had enough money as thought card payment would be in place. Spoke to an unmarked van and explained the situation. Suddenly a man appears saying take my ticket, in front of the attendant. I take the ticket explaining better than leaving it with no ticket until I get a ticket. Attendant hears the conversation and says nothing. I thought at the time this seemed off, shocking like a scam.
Surprise surprise, PCN issued. Place new ticket in car and walk off not happy. On return next morning, another PCN ticket issued. This time for expired ticket. What had happened was the ticket flew to the floor when I closed/slammed the door as I was angry about the first PCN issued.
Lucky I had taken pictures of the old and new ticket purchased.
So two tickets in one night, great.
Today I sent an appeal letter to this company. I did not disclose my address or contact number.
I have had a shocking thing back from them, not even in the same fonts, letter heads etc asking for my address, name, and drivers name before they consider my appeal. WHAT SHOULD I DO, provide this to them, or leave it for them to access a stated on the appeal letter I think the two PCN's issued was unfair.
Even when I spoke to someone this morning, wow what a rude arrogant man, just interested in making me feel all my fault, nothing will be done.0 -
Please help as I am unaware what to do, as I believe they will be contacting MIL to start court proceedings etc etc0

This company issued me a parking ticket in a hotel car park of where I was a guest, the parking was extremely tight one night due to the hotel havig a wedding on, so I went over the parking bay line slightly. I told the hotel manager who sent an email to them asking them to void the ticket, they still went ahead and sold my ticket to a debt collecting agency, they have now got me a ccj. They are that rude and impossible to talk to, I ended up putting the phone down on them. Does anyone know if the landowner (hotel manager) asked for the ticket to be voided should they have even taken anymore action ? The ppremier parking logistics told me to make a counter claim against the hotel, but t be honest what more could the hotel have done than ask them to void it0

You really need to start your own thread for advice. Trying to give advice to multiple people in one thread just leads to confusion.0

In a new thread of your own.
Go back one page from this one - use the 'Back' button (<). This takes you to the forum thread list. Scroll down the page about 2 inches (sorry, only deal in old money!) and on the left hand side is a red oblong button, cunningly, it has New Thread printed on it.
Press! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
