    Unkomass, with the greatest respect, the thread title is a giveaway. It looks as though they have used some other companies paperwork! Thats led to the confusion. !

    Change the http to hxxp. I repeat that bit because newbies to this forum almost never read it then say 'but I can't post links'. Please don't say that!
    We appealed direct to them and stated that there was no sign indicating an increase.
    You do know this is how they got your address?! Show us the PCN so we can see the details and address you 'had' to appeal to. This is why we say don't appeal straight away to most firms; wait for them to write to you. Too late for that now.

    Hope someone has dealt with these before. Premier Parking Solutions, also maybe known as Parking Management solutions ( info on the window sticker / fine).

    I'm getting more confused, there again I've been on the forum most of the day since my first post at 5.37 this morning!

    Your thread title is Premier Parking Logistics, then your opening thread talks about Premier Parking Solutions, then Parking Management Solutions, nothing further about PP Logistics.

    It's only yesterday, 3 weeks later, you clarify everything by confirming it's PP Logistics not PP Solutions, nor PM Solutions.

    This is hard enough without trying to second guess which PPC we're dealing with, given a choice of 3 - as you say - with the greatest respect!

    Now let's get on with helping you through this, by all singing from the same hymn sheet.

    Host it first on Photobucket or Tinypic (both free hosting sites), then post the link to it here. As you've now graduated beyond newbie status you should be able to post it normally. However if you find it is still a problem, just post the link, but amend the 'http' to 'hxxp' and one of us will convert for you.

    They are shown 'side on' but by tilting my head through 90 degrees (!!) have read the appeal rejection. In it they state that £85 is the 'reduced rate'. What are they quoting as the full rate?
