Another 50p in the pot today.
What are you guys going to do with the money if you all reach your targets? I think I'm going to spend half and save half. Don't know what to spend it on though!
I'm currently saving for a new (to me) car & house deposit, so this is just additional money to add to those things, but seeing the stash build daily makes it more "real" & enjoyable than simply looking at numbers on a screen as I transfer money from my salary to my savings each month.
Will take a long time to reach my goals, but it will be worth it in the end. Currently sacraficing a few of my hobbies to make it happen sooner rather than later.
That's another £2.37 in the pot today.0 -
£2.30 for the pot tonight, but as I keep the £2's in a separate pot, only 2 coins for the big tin so still not full!!I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

I have my ear drops!! unfortunately having put them in earlier it seems to have made my ear worse, im just hoping its one of those 'got to get worse before it can get better' things as according to the doc my ear was about 2/3 blocked so im assuming these drops are going to help clear the ear as well as attack the infection, which after 4 months isn't going to be a pain free task IYSWIM.
Ahh Girlatplay, you are lighter than me! I was 8st 4lbs at my lightest recorded weight and managed to claw my way up to 9st and 0.2 of an lb (cant miss off that 0.2 :rotfl:) so was mightily peeved when I dropped back to 8st 13lb  Im 6ft tall as well so I look like a walking skeleton (didn't realise how haunted I looked until I watched that ice challenge video backmy eyes are black!)
Are you sure your not my MIL? She was gobsmacked (and slightly horrified) that i'd done the challenge, she didn't seem to know whether to shout at medown the phone or congratulate me :rotfl:
Welcome all newbies  don't be shy about getting a number, we love new people here
EMMAP - Im saving for a bath :jas no-ones used ours in 18 odd months, ok I still wont get in it after its replaced as I cant get out the bloomin thing by myself, but it will be soooooooooo nice to chuck DD in there . . . and have a shower on my own!! No more fighting over who stands under the shower head :j :j
No pennies for me today, I might have change in my purse but TBH I had a cruddy nights sleep and feel like im a walking zombie so it will have to stay there until tomorrowSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
