Hiya and a warm welcome to the new peoples :hello:
Thanks Sue-UU for the understanding comments about the heating. I do feel a bit guilty but as the cold seizes me up I have to keep warm and it's been really cold this week.
BTW keep meaning to ask what the butterfly is on your avatar :huh:AlwaysHappy wrote: »Evening all - virtual hugs to all those needing them (I love hugs!!). £5.60 for the pot today, am now having to slide the coins in sideways which has to be a good sign that its NEARLY full.*runs round and gives everyone a big virtual hug* you know, every person on here is just fab, my lovely virtual friends
Aw thanks jake's mum. I've got a tear something in my eye now. Hugs to you amiga.
Nothing else to pot today since earlier as an NSD but I've decided my smoking fund and my savings fund will go into my pot on opening day as we have just booked the flights and hotels for March 2015 holiday :j Had to do it early to get prices/flights I wanted - more later.
Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

Helloooooooooooooo Pottersssssssssssss
Well its all going swimmingly in the jakes-mum household, DS is grounded, the doctor managed to prescribe me drops that have been discontinued (and the pharmacy didn't know until today and decided to wait for me to come pick them up before telling me) and the dryer decided that it wasn't going to have any heat!
On the plus side, upon tinkering with said dryer, we found a massive ball of fluff stuck in the vent and 8p, so massive ball of fluff into the bin, 8p into the potand dryer now drying again
:j
totally missed LoveActually's post about her baby being a girl, so contrats to youenjoy dressing her in pretty dresses as long as possible as they soon get their own ideas on fashion . . . Omg! Had to drag DD away from the ninja turtles tshirts this afternoon at Mr T! Though she actually had her eye on a replica of raphaels crime fighting tools  she opted in the end for a Syndrome disney infinity figure as bad guys are cool . . . If they don't weigh them how can they tell if you've genuinely filled them and are not a few coins short? They may not accept part-full bags, but they must still weigh them.
Another £3.82 in the pot for me today.0 -

Sorry, what I meant is that they won't weigh say, 53p worth of pennies and £1.35 worth of 5ps that they used to do.
I remember going in with separated bags of coins of different amounts and the bank weighing them all and paying in whatever was in the bags.
