    I've been Money Tipped!
Afternoon all, some great potting going on.

    I've only potted 5 x 20p's = £1.
But happy with that as I want to try and get to £50 with 20p's.

Have a great weekend and may the coins you pot be brighter than the weather. :p

It's a male Clouded Yellow Butterfly, Lynne, just about my favourite. DH & I love photography and I have a real passion for, wherever possible, getting unusual butterflies with their wings open. Not easy, but I was so lucky and clicked just at the right time with that little darling. I got a fairish shot of a female CY in Devon a couple of weeks ago. :D I don't think you get them in Scotland, but you never know. BTW, well done with having the bookings done, lovely, and hopefully you can turn the heating off next week! :j

Oh it's a beautiful picture and butterfly !!! Yes, you're right, we don't see it here. Mind you we don't see many butterflies here on the coast of the Firth :rotfl: they have to be super-powered for the wind.

And also yes, my heating will be off this week coming as, would you Adam and Eve it, I'm in Ibiza to visit my son   from Wednesday for a week in the warm ;)

Pretty pot received its £7 for the week :j

Well done Potters on all the 'pennies and pounds' being potted.

Hope you all have a super Saturday

Good morning, love reading about everyones potting habits, to be honest nothing gone in my pot for a few days as not been out anywhere to generate change as we are having new bathroom put in at home and everything upside down but hopefully should be back to normal in about 10 days time when I will be back in the groove, in the meantime Im still pondering on what to spend my hard saved pot contents on.

I have managed to avoid nominations for the ice bucket challenge. I have been dreading getting one as there is no way on earth I would be able to do it as it would make me ill. I am cross with you for doing it, in an admiring kind of way :D

I've been nominated, and I'm just refusing to do it lol. I don't mind the charity bit, but don't see the point in dumping water on my head just because someone told me to, especially as hundreds of people in the world die each year from lack of clean water.

More money in the pot today, have decided to stop counting what I put in each day, so I only find out each month when I tally up the holding pot and put it into the main one. Hopefully be a nice surprise each month.

Very true, jakes-mum, your friends will be glad to have the chance to get those toddler years back again soon enough. :rotfl: Still, all the ages are lovely, just some more...shall we say..challenging! ;) Take care of that ear, I expect it'll soon improve, hope so at least.

Well done, Kerry. I wish I found as much on the roads as you, though I suspect some is on stations etc.

Thanks a lot, Lynne. You're right about butterflies where you live, poor little devils that be blasted. It's surprising the ones you see in the Highlands, though I bet even they have problems with the midgies! :( Have a really lovely time in Ibiza, I'll be away too for a week making the best of the weather. :D

Good luck with the bathroom, cattysmum, worth the upheavel - when it's finished and gleaming. Meanwhile plenty of time to dream about spending! :grinheart

Very wise in not wanting to take part in that freezing experience, x_raphael_xx! I can't understand anyone who'd even contemplate it, I know for sure I never would as these days I'm bad enough when it comes to paddling! :o

You're doing well, benten, I'm sure you'll be pleased you haven't kept account of all you've saved as it is a lovely surprise! :j

I'm off again for a few days with DH in the caravan, folks, we go on Monday and should be back the following one, weather dependent. So, all of you take of yourselves. See you soon.

Have a LOVELY Sunday, Potters, and a great week ahead - and keep on saving! :j

    Sue x

Anyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome. :grinheart
