NB everyone!
Unlike sparky I have not been able to take any banked amounts from your sigs, I'm trusting that you'll all be able to give me the entire sums you've saved when you declare on the 27th. Thanks a lot folks.
It took me ages to work out what a meter nitty was!! :rotfl: It's been a looooong day!!
Thank Heaven for that, mossy, I read it yesterday, then again and finally forgot all about it when doing the post! You've had us all perplexed, Loveactually. At least it's clarified now.
Thanks for the Natwest news, smiffy64, one to take note of, folks.
Not much longer to go, AlwaysHappy, so don't let it all get to you too much.OK I gave in and counted up, total is a whopping
£838.20 for number 69 :j:j:j
I couldn't be more pleased!
That will cover Christmas easily and the rest will go in my ISA yippee.
Thanks Sue for this thread
Rosy, you've done tremendously well AND surpassed your Target!!! I'm so very, very thrilled for you!!! Many congratulations and have a brilliant Christmas!!!!!! :j:T:dance: I've had a thought...you can surely put those feet up for a while now!! :rotfl:
Vicky, It would be wonderful if we could smash last year's Grand Total, time will tell.
Ok, Hicks, we now look forward to hearing your Total!
A really great start, Glitterbaby, and if you want a Target put alongside your name and number please let me know.
You've started something marvellous in your house now, Flutterby, what an example you are. Bless your little one. :A
Of course it's not bad that you've arranged the afternoon off on Thursday, Saver-upper, it gives us plenty of time to come round for a cuppa ofter you've declared.EverTheOptimist wrote: »Evening all
Well it's been a while, I had a frugal September so not much potting but was heading back this way in October, when we suffered the most horrendous family bereavement, I lost my beautiful, amazing dad suddenly and tragically at the age of 62, so I lost the plot a bit and to be honest have just been getting through each day for the sake of my little man (18 months old) thank goodness for him I say.
Anyway I'm popping by to declare my £60, which hasn't really been added to since I banked it in September.
I am hoping to join in with next years thread, and hopefully will pop by much more, Im hoping it will give me a little focus and distraction from the horrendousness that is life.
Hope everyone's well. I haven't been able to go back over the thread, sorry.

On behalf of us all, ETO, I was so terribly sorry to learn about your dear Dad, he was so very young that the shock must have been immense to you all, especially your Mum. Thank Heaven you have your little treasure to help you keep focused throughout your grief and I'm sure he has much of his Granddad in him, you too obviously.
You know you are only too welcome to pop in any time, we will be so happy to see you, anything that helps you - you should do, and if we can be of help in the slightest way, let us be here for you. Please don't give any thought to not having added to your pot since September, it's been the very least of your worries. Take great care, ETO and be kind to yourself.
Love and very best wishes, Sue xxxWhether you've declared or not, folks, keep saving that cash!! :dance:An important note from girlatplay, folks: "I bank with Bank of Scotland and they accept as many change bags as you have, as long as you take them to the business banking counter."Please ensure your correct Nos are on your siggies everyone!
Everyone ready for Thursday? Only...TWO potting days away!!:j

Hello everyone
...
Sorry for your loss EverTheOptimist...
Ive potted up earlier, as I'm bust Wednesday and Thursday, sorry. i'll update the sig too, if I get a chance.
Big drum roll :rotfl::rotfl: ...dar, dar, dar.... A grand total of £54.70 :T :A :T. Which is better than last year, and more than I thought we'd have. Not bad for the odd penny spare, here and there. I know how its going to get spent too...replacing the car bumper, with a second hand one. Seen as some kind soul, drove into ours overnight and then drive off:eek:  . Ah well, as grandad used to say, "That's life.." :rotfl:
:rotfl:.
Happy potting you lot:beer:
