Yay for good moods, I'm in one too - perhaps we are cosmically aligned?!
No snow here either just ice cold wind!! I think my face has been reshaped through sheer wind. I am literally moisturising my face right now to avoid any damage!!
What is this reviewing of the CC bill you speak of? Like checking it for errors?
Yes I remember Karma, it's that thing I keep ignoring, like my signature and adult responsibility.
End of month deadlines - BORING init! Shame we can't be on a permanent holiday sipping cocktails. Hope you did good work-wise. Peace out Nats!BC 0/15305.83 MBNA: 0/11231.16 TESCO 0/822.87 LOAN 0/4272.670 -

I just go through the bill, make sure I recognise the transactions and then separate anything out that is purely OH's or mine (haircuts, clothes etc). All the fuel, food, presents etc I split equally and then add on the personal spends! It also means I can see odd bits n pieces like charges made by eye-toons in the past which were thanks to DSS... although he denied it!
Really not feeling the love today! Some news I heard yesterday has left me a bit shaken and somewhat angry. There may be some unplanned / unbudgeted travel on the cards for next week as I have offered my support to a friend. Life really does suck sometimes.
Spin / circuits class tonight! Plan on working my ar5e off then going home to collapse into bed.
Holiday would be great right now - although not currently sure if I would rather be somewhere lovely and sunny, or tucked up in a mountain lodge with snow all around, a good library, an open fire and a well stocked wine cellar. Either way - neither are going to happen in the near future! lol
"Peace out Nats" - now that is something I haven't heard for years. Someone from my past used to sign off their correspondence like that. Weird!
Right, I am going to get some food!start = Wed 19th Nov 2008 £21,225

I!!!8217;m just too cool for the world, it must be that.
Hope everything is ok and works out! Keep up the work with spin and circuits, if you can get involved in some classes that develop muscle as well as the cardio heavy stuff. More muscle = more burn just sitting around which is always nice.
I entered a few free holiday competitions lol. Totally get you on that one. If I travel it!!!8217;s for work of some sorts and isn!!!8217;t much fun even if I!!!8217;m in a wicked location. Well we drink that!!!8217;s about it.BC 0/15305.83 MBNA: 0/11231.16 TESCO 0/822.87 LOAN 0/4272.670 -

Brrr - Morning!
The weather station at home said -4.4' when I left home this morning! The sun is out and the frost is slowly melting!
Spin/circuits last night was ok - not sure if it was my mood, or just the tracks, but it was head down and power on!! I almost enjoyed it. Add in 20 mins of core work and another 5 minute spin at the end of the class it was no wonder my legs felt like jelly walking up the 2 flights of stairs to get out! lol
Talking of competitions, I did enter the TV one to win tickets etc to the England v Ireland 6 Nations match. That would do nicely! lol
Nothing new financially at all! I do need to pay the CC tonight though before I forget!
Still need to get OH something for his b'day! Thinking cap on today!

It still fascinates me to see how much you have paid. I can't wait to be like you having actually paid down a bunch!
Glad you enjoyed spin classI find it really empowering when I finish like a 10K and I'm still going after. I like the sweat pouring down my face when I go above and beyond, so can totally see how it is fun.
I do not want to be pessimistic but realistically you probably wont hear back lol. BUT someone has to win right?!
RE your CC, are they not direct debit? I do DD and then have the CCs as bank transfers on my debit card, so I can transfer to my CCs like I'm paying a person, it's so easy.
What you thinking for OH? Is he hard to buy for? Me personally I'd be as happy with a multipack of oreos and a nice watch lol. :rotfl: No seriously.BC 0/15305.83 MBNA: 0/11231.16 TESCO 0/822.87 LOAN 0/4272.670 -
What a totally yucky morning... it is grey, wet and windy!RE your CC, are they not direct debit? I do DD and then have the CCs as bank transfers on my debit card, so I can transfer to my CCs like I'm paying a person, it's so easy.
Yeah - after OH's c*ck up not paying his portion, I have the minimum set up to be paid and then I/we pay the balance. All set up on internet banking, so like paying a person. Always paid on time to prevent interest being incurred - I am not paying more than I have to! It's all paid now. That should be the end of BIG CC bills for now... Nov - Jan bills are always the biggest as there's birthdays, xmas, more birthdays etc.
Yes, OH is a nightmare to buy for. We both have everything we need! I think I have decided on a jacket OH was eyeing up before xmas. We are going to have a weekend away as a joint birthday treat when the weather is a bit nicer - but you can't have a birthday without something to unwrap! lol We'll be heading out for lunch somewhere on Sunday too.
Anyway, spreadsheets all checked and still on track to pay of my car loan in April! I'm gonna take a few hundred out of my emergency fund to do it... but that's fine! Bye bye loan!
On a different note - does anyone ever think that the universe is trying to tell them something? (a bit random I know). Its just that there have been quite a few things that I have heard, seen, even smelt / tasted over the past couple of weeks that have kinda been blasts from my past... and it's a bit freaky to be honest!
Also, completely random, but last night I really fancied a mojito.. and I don't even really like rum!

Afternoon All!
It took me half an hour this morning to de-frost my car. It was almost as icey on the inside as the out! Lovely at -3.5'!!
Had a lovely weekend. A spot of housework Sat, then shopping for mums b'day present and card + OH's present. He rumbled me on Friday evening and said he didn't want the jacket! Eek! Said he didn't want anything as we have that weekend away planned. So I ignored him and he had a lovely hoody and bottle of smelly to unwrap! (bought with some gift vouchers I received at work, so technically didn't cost me a thing!)
Went out and watched the Rugby Sat afternoon... washed down with a couple of ciders!
Yesterday I washed the car whilst OH installed the dashcam I bought him for xmas! Out for a couple of b'day drinks with some friends and then home for a chinese. OH's choice!!
Loads of bits n pieces to sort out and do this week... all silly bits which will just take a bit of time and have to be done by certain times! I feel a few lists coming on!
Nothing new on the survey or cashback front. All dull and still 16 days to pay day!start = Wed 19th Nov 2008 £21,225
end = Mon 28th Sept 2015 DEBT FREE!

Hiya Nats, I hope you had a nice meal on Sunday… All guys like a good jacket so not sure why he didn’t want it, but I prefer hoodies to jackets anyway so you’re onto a winner I’m sure.
GOODBYE CAR LOAN – that’s amazing.
& you are a total fruit loop, I decided that a long time ago.
You need some de-icer spray, it is my favourite thing. If I don’t have some in the car I worry about it until I get me some.
Lol, I think you got the short-end of the deal having to wash the entire car as the OH routed a few wires around.
I watched the rugby too after I went for a nice brunch. I didn’t find it too great overall, but meh, free entertainment for a few hours.
I’m also counting down days to payday! HURRY UP! That said I am homeless on payday as well at this rate lol (long story will post on my thread). BOO!!
Have a lovely rest of the week, and happy hump day for tomorrow!
