Good morning! Went for a run/walk yesterday. Weight myself today and the food control, exersice and drinking loads are paying off
.
Off to FIL's for the weekend later on. Hopefully will have 2 more SFDs but will have to wait and see.

Shoot...I forgot to post last night.
Had the window open for ages and then forgot and closed it down.
SFD yesterday. Might have to spend today. I can't remember what I've got to do though.
Will check in properly later.Feb NST #4

Another SFD yesterday, but the exercise has stalled a bit due to me throwing my back out. I'm meant to be getting a personal training induction on Monday but I'm going to cancel. At the moment it's touch and go if I can get out of bed without wincing :rotfl:
I'll be heading to the supermarket today to use my last voucher. I also have a £2 off £30 spend and an offer on my current account for 5% cashback, so I'm off to write a list and see if there's anything we might need to stock up on. If not, I'll take my cashback on the small amount I spend, there's no point in going crazy and blowing the budget.0 -
Morning all.
Abundant - oil makes a really good moisturiser and a cleanser, you can use olive oil, jojoba oil, grapeseed etc, I use a mix of olive, jojoba and castor oil as a cleanser. They don't cause your skin to break out or be oily like you might be thinking.
My grocery shop was delivered yesterday with a box of 10 free tea bags, they are Yorkshire Tea (which we drink) but for hard water areas which Yorkshire is definitely not, they are being handed out all over to visitors this weekend.
We have a birthday party tonight and we went to a shopping centre last night to get the present plus the unexpected birthday present and card for DS's friend, I managed to get both and only went £1.27 over the budget I had allowed for one.
Today I am hoping to take the kids to the fruit farm in the next village to pick strawberries and raspberries and then straight on to the church fete. Money will be spent today and so far I have only managed one SFD, 15 is going to be a struggle, we have the school summer fair next week, a weeks holiday plus another week with the kids at home to deal with.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Checking in for the 5th. No spend free day yesterday, as we went out for lunch from work. However, I then didn't need to eat dinner, so I suppose that was something. No other social events planned until the last weekend of the month, which is my birthday and my grandmother's birthday, so we're going away with some family to Cornwall. Hopefully the majority of that will be free as they have so far refused to take any money. So 1/15 SFDs, exercise has been absolutely non existent so will attempt to ignore the rain and do something about that this weekend.
Happy weekend everyone.Proud to be debt free September 2014. :j

Hi all
I bagged a SFD yesterday but made up for it today. I went to a charity thing this morning and spent £5 on entry but it included lots of buns and raffle entry. I put nephew no 1s name down on the ticket and he won - don't know what yet.
I am determined to start the exercise thing but my mojo is MIA - hopefully I will catch hold of it tmw:)

Hi all! The weather is proper grim out there today!
I'm hiding in my Hobbit hole for now, trying to be super organised by using mysupermarket shopping list to plan my big shop next week. I've not used the Mr T's home delivery before so should be able to use £15 off £60 shop code- we shall see though! Some serious meal planning has been the highlight of my day! As well as some boxing and high kicks along to my second workout DVD- somewhat cathartic for releasing my stress/ worry. Bit achy though as I think I may have got a bit *too* into it
No planned spends today- hooray! So my figures are:
SFDs= 4/15
Exercise= 3 sessions this week
All other stats are the same
Happy Weekend one and all x:coffee:

Its pretty grim outside here too at the minute. Was hoping to dry washing outside but may have to hang inside between the windows at the front and back for the draught!
Lovely lunch with godson, old friend and husband. I have sang the alphabet song far too many times today but learnt I can draw a decent bumblebee! Decluttered pads of paper so with the bag ready for charity shop should hit my target this month.
2nd SFD and exercise session too.
Bicarb and ACV recipes worked well thanks applemuncher, I read a tip on another forum that an economical and easy way of application as you need to work it into the scalp is to mix the bicarb with water in a squeezy shampoo bottle and a spray bottle for the ACV. No vinegar smell and really soft hair, it does feel different to normal though so will see how it looks for a second day tomorrow
WanttobeSE have you tried rose water as a cleanser? It is an effective and recognised facial cleanser as well as having a myriad of other uses, is natural (don't get a synthetic one) reasonably cheap, has a lovely scent and leaves your face fresh without feeling heavy or stripped. I bought a nes bottle of KTC brand last week in the world food aisle in Adsa also on offer in sainsbobs at the moment for 50p for 190ml which will last for months.
Happy weekends :hello:0 -
Have had a lovely day
.
Dh took dd to her dance classes, where she had a wonderful time. Then we scooted off to a fun day put on by dh's workplace. What a great job they did of it! It was limited to 400, so dh had had to sign up beforehand. There were a myriad of differing bouncy castle activities, massive barbecue (where the chef had prepared me a g-f plateful which had chicken skewer, camembert, smoked haddock and 9 different veg on it - wowzer!!), ice creams, drinks, games, face painting, twizzler cars ride, swings ride. All for free!! So I can claim another NSD :T.
I expect to spend tomorrow - we are nearly out of loo roll (remember the loo roll rationing/counting last month? :rotfl:) The coop is the best place to get it round here, and they usually have an offer on, and I have a coupon for £1.50 off a £15 spend. So we'll be well stocked up on loo roll for a while!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
